I travelled a 300 mile round trip to view a car which was described over the phone as being “mint”, “no parking dents” and “never had any body repairs”. What I found was a tatty vehicle that had been previously damaged and poorly repaired on the offside. The door was clearly full of filler, the paint finish was terrible and there were paint runs where the repairer had attempted to blend the paint along the panels... Not what you expect from a “mint car that has never been bumped”! There were also several scuffs, a very deep parking dent, plus a crease down another one of the doors. I wouldn’t buy any vehicle from Professional Cars in Slough without expert advice and careful checks first. Buyer beware!

Not sure if you can but is there any chance you can give me an idea of which vehicle? Were just about to make a 320 mile journey by mega bus and dont want to disappointed and angry when we get there.
I had gone to Professional Cars to view a car and although i had not paid a deposit a price was agreed and it was agreed id collect 3 days later. Contacted them the day before going to collect and was told the car was sold with no contact to me. Left me looking a fool

Ajay at Professsional Cars in Slough went above and beyond with his customer care with us! I love my new car!
First the lights weren’t working and then the door locks were not responsive putting my car at risk. The lastest is I have now broken down on the Motorway because the electrics cut out! I’ve not even driven 100 miles in the car yet! The guy at Professional Cars tried to cover up every issue brought to him. He’s now ignoring my messages. Do not buy from here under any circumstances, they cannot be trusted. 7 days guarantee to DRIVE the car means nothing when you find impossible issues like a passenger door fault when you are the sole driver!. Clearly they charged a dead battery with a blown out alternator so that they can get around their guarantee knowing that it would fall about soon afterwards. Absolute disgrace of a dealer. Further action will be taken against Professional Cars.
