Me and my mate bought 2 Range Rover sports from Pure Cars Ltd and everything seemed so good at first but soon as the cars had issues they would try and fob us off. Eventually my mate had to give the car back as it was not even starting after few weeks and had to go through the finance complaints team to do it as they didn't want to help they were criminal they wouldn't pick the phone up and they even promised me a second key which I didn't get still havnt and it's been a year. I wouldn't recommend you buy from these 2, they want your money and if you have problems they don't want to know. Simple be warned guys and be careful.
What a garage!!! Cannot wait to show my friends my new car.. Will & Adie where just excellent, helpful and honest even got a 6 month warranty with breakdown cover. This certainly is the garage you need to buy your next car from.
Do not use this dealer!! I brought a BMW 335i series for £16,500 back in December. I really did think they were nice, genuine car dealers but on the way back with my new car I noticed water coming in the window and when I got home water had also come in the boot. I called up straight away and kept getting fobbed off, eventually they pay for it to get fixed and they would pay, they sent a cheque eventually after 20 phone calls or so, and the cheque wasn't signed this was just a payment of £150 to a garage to see what was wrong with it, they refused to pay anything else. The customer service is awful, and the owner of the garage has never called me, its now February and I'm still waiting for the second key for the car that they said was sent in December and have just received a cheque that will nowhere near cover the cost of fixing the car! I've lost thousands, be WARNED do not use this dealer.
I never write reviews but i do feel as though this garage deserves it. they have been excellent in everything they did. Honest, caring but above all reliable. If they said they would do it they did.. Thank you for a pleasant transaction.
Purcahsed a BMW 1 series - absoulutly FAB!! Great people, great service and best of all great car.. well pleased.
