I really don't know where all these positive reviews have come from they must have gone to a different px cars than I did. Though many are on sites where its impossible to leave a review, like their website !!!. I brought a skoda fabia and choose to have it delivered based on the description it sounded ideal and with a month's warranty. It was £500 over parkers book price but thought i would have reassurance being a dealer and having a warranty. As soon as it was delivered I noticed several deep dents around the car and a different colour boot and bonnet to the rest of the car, the car was described as good inside and out and that it looks and drove as it should. When I took it out on the road it sounded like a bag of spanners and instantly a engine warning light came on , I took it to a garage and they plugged it into the computer and said the egr valve had gone and when surveyed the anti roll bar was defective. I messaged the dealer to tell him, his response was you had it at a good price so I'm not paying for it to be repaired under the warranty , I argued i had paid full asking price and it came with a 28 day warranty, he did not relent and I had to seek legal advice and was told because it was a off site sale I was entitled to a full refund or for necessary works to be paid for by the dealer. After 3 weeks of being told to gather quotes off garages and given run around by the dealer he refused to give me a refund or undertake the works, he did offer to split the cost despite it being under the warranty, i had no option so accepted but then found out this was a ruse too and he had no intention of fixing the car or refunding me after having been fobbed off so long i am at wits end. Please don't use this dealer they are not professional at all and the vehicle was no were near as described I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience they are rude, dishonest, dishonorable, avoid at all cost their warranty means nothing the car is not as described, I am stuck now with a dangerous and faulty car and the only resort left to me is to have works done and take the dealer to small claims court in an attempt to recoup the costs, I would have been better off buying private and not thinking I had an ensurance of a warranty or word of a car dealer

I am going through a liability under warranty right now at settlement process which has taken 6-months and 2 weeks. However pxcarsltd will not pay in full. I have had no response instead they lay silent. I have had to put 1star but deserve none. Small claims looks set, ignorance shows no favour.

The team did what they said they were going to do, they fulfilled my requests and delivered the car in a lovely condition. Considering I bought the car online, I was very pleased when I saw the car turn up clean and tidy. The team has met my expectations, and I have nothing to complain about.

So far, everything is absolutely spot on with my Jag, it is a lovely car and doing just fine. I did recently buy an Alfa Romeo too and that has come come out of the garage after getting some work done, so I am happy with that one too! The lad in the workshop is fantastic, he has bent over backwards for me and has done everything I have asked of him. Everytime I have rang up, he has always been so pleasant and helpful. I can't fault their service or any of the cars they have sold me, they are such a trustworthy and reliable garage!
