Was looking online fot my first car and came across many dealerships which did look good but when i turned up to view the car, it was terrible! Thank God i came across Q Performance who looked after me the very second i rang! So polite and professional, seriously guys, the cars are 10/10, dealership 10/10, the dealer himself... 10000/10000!!! Ive had my car for more than 6 months and its still running perfectly fine! Highly recommended

Fantastic service from start to finish! I’ve been on the hunt for a Audi TT for months and I’ve officially finally found my car. Honestly I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase it’s perfect!! I’d like to thank Tanny for being so kind and polite throughout the whole process and as a woman i feel at times it’s easy being pressured into sale of car etc, but this really wasn’t the case at all with these guys, so thankyou So soo much, I will definitely be passing your details to all my family and friends. Great garage, cars were really nice and the one I looked at online was exactly as described on the phone. It had 12 months mot and I got a 6 months warranty with it. I recommend Q performance in Blackburn.

Absolutely fantastic!!! From the start to finish.. I read the reviews on Q Performance and I've got to admit, I get it.. never really come across a garage that's this professional, literally!!! Cannot say a word bad about these guys.. very patient, very knowledgeable.. went out of their way to help and make sure we were ok.. greeted us with a smile, lively cup of coffee ( Two actually ).. test drive was very relaxed and we were encouraged to take our time and go on the motorway to get a real feel.. it was very easy to see why they are getting the reviews and praise they are getting.. genuine people, very friendly, very patient.. focus is on customer service and quality of cars as supposed to getting the sale. 100% will be using again as we like to change our cars every 12 months. What a fantastic bunch of lads!!! Well done!!!!
