I recently bought an Audi A1 from Q1 Motors and I was very pleased with my purchase. The whole process from start to finish ran smoothly and the team were professional, respectful and very helpful! The car was as shown on picture, they delivered it to me free of charge, and it arrived earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend Q1 Motors if you’re looking for a good quality car. I hope to use them again in the future!

Bought a vehicle of them brake warning came on as soon as I got it home, said they would Fix it fair enough fitted second hand pump, still didn’t fix it after this I drove all the way back to Manchester for them to fix it, picked it up Week later and the fault was still there, they are now refusing to repair the vehicle and told me to go see trading standards and asked if I would like the number. Just to find doing my rear pads only one retaining shim was fitted out of 4, this is a MOT failure and I was sold It like this. 1/5 stars

Last December we went to Q1 motors and traded a Insignia hatch for a Insignia estate. Looked good from the onset, took it for a short test drive, seemed all good. Got it home, next day was totally gutless when driving, complained about it and water in the boot. Took it to a garage as they said it would need a major service only to find the turbo had gone. Got a replacement sorted but it was a refurbished one they paid for. Garage fitted and it was still the same. Took it back to garage to find wires had been chewed and was advised I had mice in the car. Pit traps in the car and caught 3 in total, done quite a bit of damage too. Still complained but Q1as others have said we're arrogant and aggressive, after first fault I did ask for my old car back only to be told it was sold. I then had to book the car in again to the garage as the boot failed and I couldn't get in which cost over £600 to repair. With in over a month, I had to take the car to the garage again as having orobelsm with gearbox, only to find clutch needed replacing, it was going to cost over £1500, we had already spent over £900 and the car cost £3200, it just wasn't worth it. We had even purchased warranty that was useless too. When we traded the car, we never had the V5 and I wrote to Dvla to advised the car was sold, still never heard from them for 5 months only to have a matter stating when was it bough etc, so Q1 never registered it at all. I did however phone the citizens advice who were very helpful and I was told I could reject the car within our consumer rights but even though most faults were complained to them and I had the phone out down on me a few times, they are the worst, rude, threatening, arrogant dealership I have ever dealt with. BE WARNED.... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE and take your money to a proper dealer who will look after you.
I was very pleased with the service received from Q1 Motors. The staff were cooperative, they looked after me from the moment I went to view the car. They also delivered the car to my doorstep the next day. I will definitely be using their services again and would also recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you.

Bought an audi q7 from Q1 Motors. Within 30 days there were oil issues. I paid for it to be independently checked. They told me a horror story with the engine. (It needed a new one) took it back to Q1 and they supposedly fixed it. Fast forward to less than 6 months since I bought it, The car dies on the motorway. I get recovered to a garage and the garage tell q1 it needs a new engine. As its in within the 6 months I say to Q1 I would like it fixed. When they were told the price, they did not want to fix it. I am so glad I got it on finance. The independent inspection that the finance company arranged showed a failed to repair the vehicle. Q1 even then didn't want to take the car back. It was only after Close Brothers threatened to take them to litigation that on the 11th hour they relented. Close Brothers are now no longer going to do business with them. These people just buy from auction and stick them in their parking lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHARKS.

Absolutely fantastic ! I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Q1 last week and I honestly couldn't be happier. Not only is there no pressure whilst your looking at cars, the guys there couldn't be any more helpful and professional. Any concerns I raised were responded to immediately and as I'm super fussy, I found that excellent service. The car was delivered to me that same evening. I'm normally a difficult person to be super impressed, but I know one thing for sure, I won't ever be buying another car from anywhere else in the future - it's Q1 for me everything now. Really if you're ever thinking about buying a car - make sure you visit Q1 Motors.

Tried to sell me a car that had been in a car smash with engine management light issues - when addressed this issue with the owner I was told to go elsewhere to buy a car and then was subjected to profanity’s by the owner - TAKE THIS ADVICE / DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND GIVE THESE OBNOXIOUS IDIOTS YOUR BUSINESS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF - TAKE THE OWNERS ADVICE AND BUY YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE AND BE TREATED WITH THE RESPECT YOU DESERVE
Bought a car off them 3 weeks ago, car was delivered at night so had no visible light to inspect, on driving home viability was poor, washer jets didn't work and windscreen heavily scratched distorting view. Advertised with a sat nav which there wasn't, trim from rear bumper was missing, number plates were not legal due to the lifting of the letters and numbers, tapping from the engine bay and the car needed cambelt and a full service due to the state of the oil it hadn't been done in a long time. When emailing about the issues and the warranty no response and still no v5. As the car came with a near new mot with the findings found it wouldn't of normally past, the car has cost me near £600 to rectify so far and that's without replacing the stereo yet! Update. 24/02/24 was contacted by the Company and all that was offered was £100 to remove my review. This is a genuine 100% review on being missold the car. Also no extended warranty as I even asked for this for piece of mind.

I rang to ask about a vehicle and was told it was all safe to buy yet after telling them I would bring a mechanic with me the owner told me it had been in a smash and had engine faults ! Then the owner told me I was asking too many questions and then told me to go buy elsewhere !! So everyone who is thinking of giving these ignorant and obnoxious idiots your hard earned money DO NOT !!! And take the owners advice and buy your car elsewhere !! Don’t give these stupid and pathetic 1 rupee penchord and money whatsoever !!!
