I’ve had an absolutely top notch service from the Q1 Motors guys from the day I made an enquiry. The easiest, most laid back approach to buying a new motor I’ve ever had. No hassle and no hard selling, just a good bunch of people who love cars and are passionate about their fleet. Even drove my m240i from the Oldham branch up to bury as I’m local. Car absolutely immaculate on pick-up. If you want a hassle free way to buy a car, then give these guys a shout. Cheers for a great car buying experience all round lads! :)

Very good experience from Q1 motors team. Helped me out to get finance, insurance,road tax etc... and I could drive away same day in my new Golf gti 100% recommended!
I would 100% recommend Q1 Motors. Didn't know what I really wanted to buy but the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have given me few different cars to Test Drive and provided me with all specs and covered my of my questions without hesitation. Ended up buying VW Golf GTI.

I received a brilliant service from Q1 motors when purchasing my car. The lads really went above and beyond, showing me their knowledge and making sure we got the right car for myself, I couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend!
Visited Q1 motors to buy my 2014 Audi A5 black edition I saw online and the service from start to finish was phenomenal! Built a good relationship with the lads, had a nice laugh and made me a nice coffee while they did all the paperwork. Amazing set up and they have some beautiful stock! Most definitely recommend. I had a BMW from Q1 Motors, after 5 visits to garage I'm still having problems, when received car after paying for delivery, service light has come on, break pads needs replacing didnt have enough fuel to get to petrol station, crack in window screen, chunks out of tyre wall. Completely shocked and will be taking this further, DONT NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "DEALERSHIP" read other reviews they sell dodgy broken cars I'm currently talking to trading standards regarding legal dispute. As should be deemed unsafe for road.

I had the same issue luckily mine was resolved through the finance company. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE. They wipe the computer of its faults prior to selling you the car, they take you on a short test drive to avoid the faults being triggered whilst driving. You’ve been warned, any one giving them a 5* rating needs to be questioned and I doubt they are legitimate ratings. Save your self the hassle and listen to the real reviews. They’re terrible.

Same for me. I had an audi q7 from these. I am so glad I used a finance company. Just returned the car to them. I only had the car just under 6 months. Failed to repair major oil fault (It required a new engine) They initially didn't want to know, that was until the finance company threatened them with court proceedings for their loss of monies. The finance company no longer do business with them. That says it all really.

I had a horrible experience with these guy but mine was a couple years back when my daughter was born really unwell and spent a long time in hospital and I needed a new car so part ex mine and ended up with a busted up Bit of rubbish from that they said could be fixed... but the garage they use in bolton even said that it couldn’t be fixed and then I got aggressive phone calls from the manager saying that “if I didn’t stop bothering his lads and phoning up he would get the car dropped off outside my House and they wouldn’t fix it”. Whilst at that same garage in Bolton the mechanic told me while I was waiting about another girl that had phoned them saying she hd been told that “if she didn’t stop winging they would drive the car through the front of her house” this company are a absolute disgrace. I never even bothered to review because I was so angry about it all and just tried to move on and my daughter being so ill I had more important stuff on my mind but it still plays on my mind now hence this recently leaving a review on autotrader.
I do not recommend Q1 Motors, very arrogant, car from them had problems, when I reported, they solved the problem

Had the car for a week, and it broke Down with a blocked heater matrix and the cooling pipe burst of under pressure, which the problem had been there before I got the car, the tyres were past the limit, and it stated the interior was in good condition, yet failed to show the stitching the arm rest with cracked leather, stitching coming away on passenger seat and stains on back seats, fortunately I like to take the time to improve these things and have the car looking new, but I don’t expect my car that iv just bought to brake down a week after purchase, when contacted, they didn’t really know that I had bought the car after speaking to the same person over and over and was told a different name from him each time, not s great experience but when the car is clean after spending some time on it and getting it repaired, it’s a nice car thanks to me, this should be the case
