I recently bought a car from them and when I phoned up the day after telling them that there was a fault on the car they totally dismissed me and never called me back even after promising they would which makes a mockery of their 1 months all parts and labor warranty

Hope it wasn’t the Audi a1 I sent back.... :(
Bought a BMW X5 from Q1 Motors. Great service at first but within a week warning lights were coming on. Took it to a local garage to get fixed as agreed with q1 and it cost £700 to fix it. Missing pipes the lot! Q1 refused to pay more than £100. A few weeks later and more warning lights have appeared it isn’t fit for purpose! I’ve not even had the car 2 months! If they don’t take the car back when requested then I will see them in court.

Hi was the matter resolved

Same for me. I had an audi q7 from these. I am so glad I used a finance company. Just returned the car to them. I only had the car just under 6 months. Failed to repair major oil fault (It required a new engine) They initially didn't want to know, that was until the finance company threatened them with court proceedings for their loss of monies. The finance company no longer do business with them. That says it all really.
Went into Q1 Motors just to have a look. Ended up buying an amazing car. Customer service is great. Thanks guys.
Everything about my experience with Q1 motors was very pleasant. They helped me out with everything. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase of the car.
Quite literally the worst retail experience I have ever had. Q1 Motors of Palm Business Centre in Oldham. My first communication I had with the dealership was via a phone call. I phoned to enquire about a vehicle they had advertised on AutoTrader. The person I spoke to seemed extremely disinterested and not particularly forthcoming with information about the car. This should have rung alarm bells, but I was so excited about the prospect of buying a new car (and this model in particular) that my judgement was a little clouded and I convinced myself that I was being silly. But I was reassured by checking the MOT history on the car, and the only fail it had was (presumably) when Q1 got the car into stock, it had failed on emissions, but seemed to be rectified quickly, as it passed the MOT that same day without any additional mileage on the car. Giving the dealership some credit, they organised delivery of the car very quickly. Being that I live 200 miles from them, I was told that it would arrive around midnight on the day that my finance was cleared. Sure enough, at ten to midnight, whilst sitting in my lounge, I heard a car race extremely quickly up the street, and as I looked out the window, I could see a car had parked at the end of the street, revving the engine. Which I wasn’t impressed with for many reasons, but mainly because it was late at night. The driver then phoned me to say he had arrived, which I told him that I knew as I and everyone else in the street could hear that he had. Getting to the car, the driver excitedly jumped out of the car, and with big smile, said ‘Fast int it!’ The driver disappeared soon after I showed him the car I had part exchanged, whilst I turned the new car around. (The driver had started driving the wrong way up my street, which is one way) Whilst doing this, I noticed the engine management light was on. Over the next few days of use, I also discovered the windscreen washers also didn’t work. And on the next working day, I phoned Q1 to tell them of the issues with the car. The person I spoke with on the phone, initially insisted that I drive the five hour drive to bring the car back to them so they could have the problems fixed, to which I explained that the reason why I had the car delivered to me was because they were 200 miles away and I didn’t have the time. They reluctantly agreed that I could have the car inspected locally. The local garage had the car most of the day, having fixed the windscreen washers, but told me that they had run a diagnostic on the car which returned two errors. I was told that firstly the catalytic converter was reporting illegal emissions, but also that the ECU had been tampered with. And also that the very inner edge of the rear tyres were showing cords and were running on blocks. I phoned Q1 immediately, speaking to someone who seemed extremely disinterested, telling me that he would phone back in a few minutes. An hour later, and with no call from Q1, I phoned my finance broker for advice, who then whilst I was on the line, phoned Q1, asking them to call me back. Which they did..eventually. Over the next few days, I phoned them numerous times. I was even offered during one call, that if I were to keep the car with the current MOT failure conditions, that they knew a ‘special place’ that would pass the MOT when it was due. After a week of phone calls, to Q1 and my finance broker, they finally agreed to reverse the deal and come and pick up the car from the garage it was sent to to have the repairs. (Despite them insisting at one point that I should pay the invoice because they didn’t see why they should have to) This company were a complete joke....avoid at all costs!

Cannot recommend Q1 motors enough. I decided to purchase a new car from Q1 after a recommendation. From the beginning, nothing was too much trouble. Customer service was exceptional & the staff couldn’t do enough for me. They understood my budget and did everything they could to work within it. Due to how easy the experience was, I made my purchase on the same day and couldn’t be any happier. The car was even delivered to me to make things even easier! If you’re looking for an easy, friendly, reliable service, Q1 Motors are the dealership for you. Thank you so much and will definitely be seeing you again!

I recently bought an Audi S5 from Q1 Motors & could not have had a better experience buying a car off them. All the members of staff that dealt with me were nice & polite & couldn’t do more for me if they tried, especially Tom who I spoke to initially about buying the car. The car was in immaculate condition when I went to pick it up & I have not encountered any problems at all with it, I would definitely recommend Q1 to anyone else looking at buying a new car.
Thank you so much Adam! Everyone at q1motors was very nice very respectful. I will definitely come back in the future! I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you once again.
