Purchased my Audi A5 from this dealer a couple of weeks ago and must say they are easily the best in the business. I part exchanged a car with Q1 Motors. The car I took home cost me a thousand pounds in repairs 2 months later. The car I part exchanged, of which they assured me they'd sort out paperwork, I got a fine for. Despite assuring us that it would be done properly, I got a fine from the DVSA 7 months later. They hadn't changed the ownership and they had left the car in my name. 7 months later!! When I phoned to sort it out, they told me to do my worst.

Sold me a car with a major problem head gasket and cooling problem had to sort out through my finance company to reject the car back to them after weeks of getting fobed off i had to get reports sent off ect of the problems then no reply for weeks till i got sick and had no option but to reject the car back to them poor service all round.

Bought a car from Q1 Motors last year said the mot and service was 100% no problems 2 months down the line all these problems start took to my nearest assured dealer and had over 2000 pounds worth of problems that should have been pick up before selling do not touch them with a barge pole

Selling cars unfit for road use ! Returned to Q1 Motors for refund noticed car relisted for sale dodgy mot crash damaged beware may end up in a box driving these motors dvla need to pay them a visit before its too late playing with peoples lives needs to be shut down
Very efficient and helpful service. Great service package especially including free extended in-house warranty. Also went above and beyond when diagnosing and fixing a major fault with a Nissan I bought from another dealer. They’re very patience and understanding. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Thank you once again!

I had been looking to buy a car for a few months now and just was not able to find the right one . I was shopping online and witnessed Q1 Motors which had inexpensive car deals which was perfect for me as I was on a budget. I went to look at the car that I had seen online and the customer service I received from the lads it amazed me they was so welcoming and helped me pick out my car.
