The sales representative at Harley at Quality Assured Cars was very accommodating and stayed behind to complete the deal on my Peugeot for me. There was no question he could not answer, and he left me alone to look around the car without constantly watching over me and putting me under pressure. There is no reason why I would not give Quality Assured Cars a five-star rating. The service was excellent from the moment I contacted them until the handover. Finding a new Nissan X-Trail in good condition at a reasonable price was harder than I thought, but I found the perfect one at Quality Assured Cars. I went to the dealership for a test drive, and as soon as I sat in the driver's seat, I knew it was the one for me. The team at the dealership were lovely, really helpful, and never made me feel any pressure to buy or make a decision. We are a small, independent, family owned business with a large forecourt on the Bath Road in Bristol, we always have a full stock of incredibly well prepared cars that are ready to drive away today. All of our vehicles get a full 160 point inspection, major service, new MOT and full valet before we advertise them so our customers know what to expect before they come to view.
We have a team of friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff with a variety of experience in multiple roles within the motor trade and our sales team have a background in new & used cars for many manufacturers. We can help with advice on the right car to suit your needs along with a few different additional products to protect you and your car throughout your ownership.
We work with many finance brokers & direct lenders to help our customers get into the car they need and can help if you have good or poor credit history. Let us know if you have any questions about the finance* and we can talk you through your options and discuss the finance application either over the phone or online.
Our 160 point inspection is carried out by a local garage who have decades of experience with all makes and models and they also complete our servicing and MOT ensuring to use correct OEM parts, filters, oils, spark plugs etc. We make sure that any advisory notices are rectified and retested so all of our vehicles leave with a new MOT for that added peace of mind. We also take pride in our cosmetic preparation, so we have a valetor on site for paint correction, scratches and small blemishes.
If you leave a deposit with one of our vehicles we will keep in touch to arrange everything with you whether it be a home delivery or you coming to collect. We will put everything promised in writing on your sales order form so you can be 100% satisfied with your new car when you arrive to collect or it arrives on your doorstep.
