Harvey was very easy going, no pressure, and trouble-free sale. The car is good so far, and there is also a good warranty offered on the car.

I was looking for an upgrade and Quality Assured cars is only around the corner from me so they were my first point of call. They had a great selection of cars, I was spoilt for choice. The Mazda 3 that they had was everything I was looking for, it has all the features you could possibly need and was lovely to drive. I have to give a special thanks to the team, in particular Harley who was friendly, helpful and made the process incredibly easy. 5 stars all around

From the beginning, Harley at Quality Assured Cars explained every step of the process to me making sure to leaving nothing out which was nice because It was my first time visiting here. He even walked me through the part-exchange of my old car, which wasn't in the best condition, but I still got a good price for it. Everything was made so easy without complications, and as for the Renault I purchased, it's been a fantastic car. I look forward to driving it everyday.

I've only had my Honda Civic for the weekend since I picked it up on Friday, but so far, so good! I've been on a few short trips and everything seems to be working perfectly. I want to give a big thank you to Harley, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. He didn't leave any questions unanswered and created a really relaxed atmosphere, which made it a pleasure to get a car from here.

My husband is thrilled with his new Peugeot 3008! When we got to the dealership, the sales team were really accommodating, handed over the keys and let us check out the car at our own pace without any pressure. It turns out, it was exactly the car my husband had been searching for. We're not local to the area, so we had to travel about two hours to get there, but it was definitely worth the trip! Everything was made easy when we were signing the paperwork, so I have no complaints. I even sent a message to thank the team afterward. We'll definitely be keeping an eye on their website for any future cars.

My Mazda is doing well for the time I have driven it. I'll take it for a proper spin once my insurance kicks in, which should be toward the end of the week but so far, so good! I want to give a shoutout to Harley who was fantastic throughout the whole process. We communicated mainly through email and phone calls, and he made sure everything went smoothly. The car was delivered to Birmingham without any delays or issues. So as far as I'm aware, you couldn't ask for anything more from a dealership. The only reason for not giving top marks is because I've not given it a good run out yet.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Harley at Quality Assured Cars in Bristol. The most relaxing experience of buying a car I have ever had. The handover was done quickly, so I did not have to wait around for too long before being able to drive away in my new Mazda. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service.
