Purchased a van (AU11UAA) with these guys, for £4580 Inc vat. Van advertised as reasonable condition, no faults e.t.c. Regrettably got vechile delivered without viewing. Dash has service light on, not been reset or perhaps a sensor gone, overall condition is not as advertised, rattles in the footwell when accelerating, noise from leftside front suspension when going over rough road, many other petty things including bo interior lights in the back so can't see in the dark. I expect these problems from a private purchase but it's not acceptable when buying from a car dealers. Now I have to spend time and money to fix issues. I've highlighted these problems to them, they said they will get back to me, haven't heard from them since. Very disappointed, I recommend using a different car dealers.

Purchased a great car. The salesmen were relaxed, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Would definitely recommend them!!!
14 minutes agoNEW I wouldn't recommend this service. They Sold me a car with badly worn tyres: one had a puncture which we had to replace, one was bold and pretty much illegal and the others badly worn. This was like 2 weeks within buying the car. Called them (owner called Hussain) and he wasn't willing to reimburse us for the tyres, not even for the one I had to replace. He said we can return it though, but by which time we gave it a new tyre, filled it up with petrol, taxed it, insured and had to travel 50 miles to Bedford. Just an awful experience. There is no "quality" about them.

I paid a deposit for a polo over the phone with Quality Cars who were helpful on the phone and provided a video of the car However on arrival it had been very poorly repaired (bodywork) even to my inexperienced eye! It was a shameful waste of mine and their time. If only they had said it was damaged repaired. In fairness I did get my deposit back. Be careful about buying a car from this place - I walked away on arrival!!!!!!

Hi sorry you have confused us with another company as we do not offer the walk around video facility and have only sold 2 Polos in the last 12 months neither of which have been this vehicle. Please remove your review and send to the correct person
Brought a Audi from ‘quality cars’ had the car three weeks and it broke twice in three weeks also baring in mind they had the car for a week so they could fix it. It had a massive electric issue in the end which they didn’t even fix the first time. They made me drive back and forth from Where I live and I’m seeing other customers reviews and they actually got the car delivered. As the car had an electric fault they had to come pick the car up, didn’t bring jump Leeds and didn’t bring a small lorry to put the car on they brought there own car from the garage, they put the wrong petrol in the car and in the end my car that had the fault had to tow their car away, and they also tired to threaten me and keep my money... I feel like males get a better service then females they spoke to my other half better than me.
The staffs were very quick at responding queries. They even offer to deliver and part exchange my old car! On the test drive, I notice that the front screen jet wash spray was only covering lower half the screen but was told that it will not affect MOT. The rear screen wash did not spray and was told that it would not affect MOT either (not legally obliged to have a working rear screen wash). I also noticed the boot trim was slightly loose and did not realise it was a problem. Having operated the boot a few more times afterwards, I realised that the boot trim was half broken beforehand and was getting worse. Having contacted the garage and reported the problems (and negotiation of course), it was agreed that the boot trim, a rear windscreen pump and a missing headrest would be posted. It took three months to finally get the parts (after a series of complaints). However, only boot trim has been received. Otherwise, the car runs well and has no issue.

Not a great place to buy a car I bought a car from there and had nothing but trouble with it. Only major faults were covered under warranty ie clutch gearbox engine. The exhaust was held on with wire ties should have failed it’s mot on that but they own a mot testing station themselves so BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!! One for bbc rouge traders I feel
Don't be fooled by the nice persona they portray. Buying the car was quick and easy, no problems there, I was happy. Got a nice car with warranty, not much else I could've asked for. I had the car for about two weeks, it was all running smoothly, until one night at 2 in the morning I was driving home from work when I couldn't get my car in gear.. I mean NONE. I managed after several times of trying to get the car into 5th. Luckily I was just around the corner from my house and I managed to get the car home. The next morning I called the RAC and they came and told me it was the slave cylinder, to call the garage I got the car from and not to drive it. I called quality cars bedford, at first he was very helpful and apologetic and assured me he would get my car fixed for me. It went downhill from there on. He sends two scruffy unkempt looking men out to pick up my car. One of which didn't even know what brake fluid was and the other well, he just rammed my car into second and drove it off. About 30 minutes later, I got a phone call from quality cars, telling me it was my fault, i broke the "clutch" and that it wasnt on the warranty and that I would have to pay.... he made me cry and was abrupt, that's not the way to speak to a customer who has just spent 3K on a car. This was happening for four days.. it took four days to do a 3 hour job. He lied, my car did not need a new clutch at all, the question I ask is why was I waiting so long to get my car back? I honestly thought I'd found a reputable garage obviously not, once they have your money, they don't care! Quality cars by name, not nature. I have never in my life experienced such rude mannerisms and I am disgusted that someone can treat their PAYING customers which such dis-respect. Finally I have my car back, but I'm crossing my fingers nothing else is wrong, I don't want to deal with this man ever again. Oh one last thing, seems the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Excuse after excuse. I will never go back there again. Absolutely disgusted. I assure you to think twice before you buy a car from this man, he sucks you in, then as soon as something goes wrong you see his true colours. He just simply doesn't care.

Firstly we are sorry that the customer encountered problems with their vehicle after only 2 weeks of purchase. However the review by the customer is not a representation of the truth and of what occurred. The customer called us to say they had a problem selecting the gears in their vehicle. We sent two of our employees to collect the car and have it repaired for the customer under warranty. Yes our staff were not smartly dressed as they were going to collect a car that had broken down so may well get dirty recovering the vehicle so no, sorry they are not going to turn up in suit and tie , but were suitably attired to deal with the job in hand. Our staff did not mistreat the car in question but due to a failed clutch slave cylinder the car had to be driven in a certain manner as first gear could not be selected. The reason the car tool 4 days to return is because we had to book the car in at a local garage to investigate and find the fault and then the part was not in stock at the Suzuki dealership and took 36 hours to arrive and the part was then fitted as soon as it arrived. It was impossible to turn the job around any faster. We did not make any excuses about the repair as the customer claims. We had picked the car up within hours of the complaint and started work on it immediately. What more could we do? The customer was also persistently phoning us and the garage that was undertaking the repair even though we explained the situation to them. As to the customer claiming that the warranty we offer is worthless this is nonsense as we did not charge the customer anything for the repair and covered the whole job out of our own pocket. The only time we suggested the customer may have to make a contribution towards the repair was if she had burnt the clutch out by driving the car home in 5th gear , which was the only gear she said she could get, although later on in her complaint she says our staff drove off in second gear, which is clearly not 5th. However this issue did not arise so there was no payment needed from the customer. I fail to see what the customer has an issue with. She purchased a 9 year old car that had no fault at the time of sale. Something unfortunately went wrong with a part , we immediately recovered the vehicle, fixed it as quickly as possible and did not charge the customer. I feel we provided good and fair customer service and honoured our obligations to the customer fully.

I had something like this. One of the men threatened me down the phone and wasn’t gonna give me my money back. Made me cry. I brought an Audi from here really smooth purchase. But as soon as I left the garage nothing but trouble from them and the car. They said they sent the v5 off which they didn’t because it was sat at my house without me realising.
A really good experience buying a car from quality cars ltd. The sales staff were not at all pushy but were extremely helpful, all of there cars on site were in excellent condition and well presented and we are really please with buy ( a 2009 Corsa ) Would recommend to anyone

Strange how the name of this ‘customer’ is the same as that of the employee in another review.
