Bought a car, and part chopped mine.but after many problems, which made it cut out on me. 8 8 times driving from town to Thier offices, which was quite scary. They did say I can change the car, which I did but had to pay more money😔this was over a couple of months. By this time DVLA sent tax reminder, (had not took the part I needed off). Basically I had rang and send through dissatisfaction feedback. They kept saying they would send it of send me the number. Never did, now have to pay fine for untaxed vehicle I don't own. Now the car I have is a bit better but the engine management light is on and oil leaking and then exhaust fell off when driving.
I had a problem the car was misfiring. The Aftercare Team were great, they reimbused me for the spark plugs, Kris chased me for the quote. Thank you Kris!
They sell bad cars and tell you it's good and when you complain they will tell you to go fix it, even if you offer to swap and add more money they won't accept and block you off, please stay away from them

Avoid this garage at ALL COSTS .. PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS They took £5250 off me for Hyundai i40 It cost me over £2000 to get right. They refused to take the care back. Told me good luck the law doesn't work like that When I said I would report them. Then they stopped answering emails or phone calls CON MEN

Great customer service received, no pushy sales tactics and even had the car valeted before delivering the car to us. Good customer service in branch, slight bit pushy but that can be expected of car sales places. Eyebrows were raised a few times when we told them our monthly budget was 200 and we were shown a BMW straight away that was WAY above budget. We were told that one of the cars we'd seen online wasn't going to be sold as it had an oil problem and he refused to sell it (which is completely understandable but why have it on your site?) Looked at a few cars that were poor quality, one of which wouldn't start at all. Settled on a car we were happy with, it had a dodgy clutch ("We'll sort that") and a frayed seatbelt (he said he wouldn't change this as it wouldn't match the rest, surely that is our decision? Don't think I'd worry about it marching when it fails in a crash). Anyway, we were told we could collect midweek, we said not to worry as we couldn't collect it till about 3pm on the friday when my partner was off work. All settled and signed finance paperwork with the idea we'd pick up Friday. Friday midday roles round, I leave a voicemail to see if it's all ready. They phone back and initially say we didn't say we'd collect till Saturday, once we corrected them suddenly the vehicle was on the ramp getting fixed (magic!) But wouldn't be ready today and the manager would call us. Manager eventually phoned back and my partner (being a mechanic) questioned why it would take 4 hours to fix the clutch and valet the car. Suddenly the car was getting "put back together" (this was about 3pm). But they weren't sure it would be ready (3 hours to valet?). It wasn't ready that day, but to be fair an agreement was in place that if it wasn't we wouldn't have to give the deposit, so it was annoying however compensated well (though this was because my partner asked for this not that it was offered). Next day, simple text "vehicle ready". This is what sealed that we would cancel the finance. We phoned them to let them know and they said they'd contact finance company Monday. Having already cottoned on to a few suspicious comments by the company ( such as the salesman giving HIS own commission from the sale towards our vehicle 🙄🙄), we also phoned finance company who said they were waiting to hear from the dealership. For some reason Casper (owner?) Says it will take them a week to complete the paperwork and notify finance company. Despite our efforts to explain to them that the finance company do not require paperwork and just want a phonecall, they seem to want to create more work for themselves by completing some paperwork instead. Now they arent replying to my messages regarding it. This means we are currently stuck in a contract that we can't get out of until this endless unnecessary paperwork is completed... In summary, if you want a car which may or may not start, have a dodgy clutch, but matching seatbelts. From a magic dealership whose cars suddenly get on ramps but take a while to put back together and valet, with lots of paperwork but poor communication, then quality cars is for you. If you want an efficient company that actually do right by customers then look somewhere else. I will update this if anything changes today, as it's only fair to give them time to resolve it. However, all the previous events from today were still horrendous customer service. If the vehicle wasn't ready they should have phoned before I left voicemail to explain and offer an apology, throughout all of this we haven't been apologized to and messages are abrupt and quite frankly, rude.

I brought my car from 'Quality Cars 'and had a problem with an intermittent fuel gauge. I took it to a Subaru Garage who identified that I had a problem with the car's gasket heads and the cost of repair would be £3000 +. I had been offered a Platinum Momentum Warranty, so I thought it would be easy to make a claim. How wrong I was...Momentum have an APPAULING.REPUTATION AND.WILL MAKE ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY OUT. It seems that a number of Bona-fide. Car Dealerships are refusing to deal with them After taking a picture of every stage of the repair Momentum refused to honour the Warranty saying they couldn't see the breach on the gasket heads which insinuates that the Garage and the company that does the skimming are in some sort of collusion together. When I requested a call back to discuss why QC are offering a Warranty that has very little chance of being paid no-one bothered to get back to me. My Subaru engineer said that Momentum area NIGHTMARE Company to deal with, so why are they offering a Warranty from this outfit !

Leon, As you already aware that i am not happy with the handover of the VW Tiguan today, its a catalogue of stupidness. 1. I was told that the car was off site so i panicked as i did made a prior arrangement for this and i specifically ask for leave to undertake this. 2. The car was so dirty and was not even wash when i arrived…just! Inside the car what smoking imitates…dirty as fuck!!! all over the interior and here you are you told me to Valet my old car in exchange for this? 3. No Petrol (Diesel) in order for me to move on? I put half liter of Petrol for my old car for courtesy. 4.The man ccant be bothered to give some HOUSEKEEPING INFORMATION ABOUT THE DVLA , Tax and he;s stupid to tell me its my responsibility.Of course thats my responsibility this is not the first cafr i hold, the only think is make sure you tax it…and they not even mentioned about the 5 days free insurance…its all over the place. My Old car was better condition than the Tiguan, for goodness sake. The man is not apologetic it is surely there no obvious communication structure in their organisation. If there are other VW Tigua on their stock surely they know it from today that the specific unit is about to be collected and i made prior arrangement to that and you even confirmed thru email. No customer care…there are no provision pre, during and Post….what a feacal service. I will make a feedback to Trust Pilot,Google and any other forms of social media about what i have today…Zuto nah! No more in the future. Its just a matter of on how you guys received your slice of the cake…disgusting.
keep from this company he'll sell you a car and don't want to know you after you bought one ive had trouble with the car i bought and phoned them and they said get repairs done and send me the invoice witch i did and trying to get hold of them is a night mare phoned today and put the phone down on me when i opened the bonnet it fell on my head struts for the bonnet was not holding ouch so keep from them peeps
