This was my first foray out of main dealership service. Oz couldn't have been straighter with me. There were one or two problems with the car. He didn't hesitate to communicate clearly, gave me confidence they'd be fixed, and ensured they were sorted. As good as his word. Complete transparency, never ducked a difficult call, and that's why I'm recommending him and the business here. He earned it.

Agreed a price on Car, he was really nice at the start, booked my flights from Ireland and he asked for deposit nxt mornin told him I’d ring him in 2 hrs with details and told him I was getting AA to check it, he told me to forget it and keep my money, I said to him I’d booked flights €200, and he said he didn’t care, he has a different person who’s giving him askin price , WILL NEVER use Quality Motor Company.

Hi, I’m sorry I cannot agree with this as we where happy to do a deal with you but you didn’t reply back to us and we had a walk in customer come to the showroom and purchase the car there and then
I dealt with Ozzie at Quality Motor Company when I was buying my car, friendly chap and very helpful! I thought I had a leak from my expansion tank but...... it was just a head lamp washer. Even when they thought it was my expansion tank they said "get a quote and we'll sort it" it's only been a week but they seem genuine and seem to care if you've got a problem. Early days but as far as it goes, not one complaint from me.

Bought a part ex vehicle from Quality Motor Company in Uxbridge, went for a long test drive, no pressure and very negotiable. Vehicle was exactly as described in their advert and We were provided great aftercare when we had a slight problem with the engine light. They were very accommodating and offered to help rectify it but thankfully we managed to do it ourselves. Also done us a deal on the warranty which we felt was good for a 13 year old vehicle. Great Service from these guys.
