I purchase an Audi A4 from Quality Part x and although I am really happy with it overall I did unfortunately have some issues with it after the sale. Hannah was a great help in getting these rectified and she kept in good communication with me. Since getting these bits sorted there has been nothing further to report.

I am so pleased with my Up! Its such a cracking little car, handles really nicely. I have no complaints, my whole experience was flawless. When I arrived everyone was friendly and there was no pushiness. Buying the car was a breeze too. I would absolutely return here.

My Mazda 6 is brilliant... but much bigger than I thought it would be 🙊 I am slowly getting used to driving it and I must say overall I do love it. The tech inside is so advanced compared to anything else I have owned in the past, it feels a bit like a spaceship to me! I chose to have the car delivered and these was very convenient, it even arrived with gas in the tank! What amazing service.

Yes I am quite happy with the car, the process I found easy. I did test drive the car, and it was just like driving a car, again easy. No pressure on me. When I arrived at Quality Part X the car was very clean and very tidy. I will rate 5 stars.

The Skoda I bought is driving just lovely, I'm really enjoying the car its super smooth to drive and very comfortable. The guys around the dealership were top, I couldn't fault at all. They were brilliant with me from start to finish. The financial advisor was great he went above and beyond to help me and to keep in touch, he got the delivery and everything else sorted from his side, I cant thank him enough. The process was surprisingly smooth as well as it being super speedy, the turnover was done in a couple of days. I cant thank Quality Part X and staff enough! Thank you so much Highly highly recommend!

Here at Quality Part X Gabby was dealing with me and she was amazing, She was that good I went back and bought another car a week later. On both occasions she did not fail to deliver a high level of customer care. The car is great and driving well, no knocks or bangs. The process has been pretty prefect. Nothing but full marks for Quality Part X and Gabby!!

I am very happy with my experience at Quality Part X, I did have a few issues in the first couple of days but I am very pleased with the way they were rectified. The whole process was very quick and ever so smooth, literally about an hour or so and it was done and dusted. Speedy service like the BMW X3 I purchased!! I can very much recommend this dealership to you as a trustworthy, fantastic dealership.
