After that it was smooth sailing, the sale was processed quickly and since then I have found my Focus to be lovely and it is running perfectly. Such a courteous and helpful garage nothing was too much trouble at all. When I went to pick up the Fiat 500 it was a few mins after they had closed, so I really appreciated that they waited a bit later for me so I could collect my car. They didn't rush the handover and still answered any questions that I had, even though it was after working hours. My little machine was in beautiful condition and is great to drive, I would happily recommend to others!
