Cracking Juke purchased, no hassle whilst purchasing - the team were there when I needed assistance but left me to look over the car in my own time - no breathing down my neck. It was a nice experience and stress-free one, I would happily buy here again, the car is fantastic, very pleased.

This is the first and only dealership I've ever walked away thinking, I'll be back there when I want to change again, its the only dealership I've ever recommended or would recommend when somebody is after a new car. I seriously cannot fault them at all, from being on the phone, to going down and seeing them it was all top class. I arrived later than planned and the 2 boys there were spot on, they let me come in and look over the car, take it for a quick drive and all after hours due to my lateness! I also turned up with my mechanic (which has never sat well with any previous dealership, but I like peace of mind). I told the boys he was my mechanic and they said not a problem, they didnt hesitate they told him to crack on looking over the car and fire away with any questions he had. They gave us all the time needed and didn't rush or pressure the sale. My guy went over the car with a fine tooth comb and couldn't pick a fault. As soon as he give me the nod, the deal was agreed, sealed and I signed on the dotted line. We organised collection of it a day or two later and when I went back, every question was answered, the car was all ready, clean, spick and span and ready to go, zero delays or waiting around, simply faultless. Unfortunately 3 weeks after buying the car, a drink-driver ploughed into 4 cars on my street, mine being one of them... I was totally devastated, BUT I've just heard back from the insurance and its able to be repaired and not written off, its the best news I've had since it happened, so I'm chuffed. I cannot wait to get the car back and continue enjoying it, by far the best purchase I've made for a very long time.

Very happy with our Hyundai IONIQ, everything we hoped it would be and more. Couldn't have asked for it to be presented any better, shining clean and very smart inside. Every staff member we came across was helpful and friendly and made the transaction quick and easy.

Really found my feet with the Abarth and I'm chuffed with it. The customer service was not a problem at all they looked after me and provided me with all the information needed. I've been happy ever since buying the car and would be happy to come back when I'm ready to change in the future.

Fantastic little car, although it wasn't the most expensive car I was treated well and looked after from the very start of the process. My car was presented superbly, extremely clean and very well polished. I have loved getting used to it and figuring out all of its functions. I just love my new Vauxhall Mokka. Its much nicer than my old Peugeot 308 and lovely and new inside. Its perfect to drive and a lovely shape, not too big, but very practical. I was welcomed by a lovely salesman and he showed me the car which was clean and tidy, the customer service was lovely and they didnt cause me any bother at all.

There was numerous nice cars to choose from at Quality Part X and the customer service was very good from the moment we walked in. We decided on a Skoda Karoq, which suits our needs perfectly.
