Very pleasant chaps to deal with at Quality Part X I was dealing with the Dunstable branch and everybody was very nice and friendly. I bought a Crossland X and its good, really enjoying it. Its great size wise and really comfortable. I did have a problem with the car but the dealership rectified it straight away so I cant complain. Smashing chaps, lovely motor and a pleasant experience.

The dealer was very good, they was helpful and explained everything well. I bought a Ford Ecosport and had only seen pictures of it, so I was a bit nervous. The dealer organised delivery of the car and the chap that dropped it off was lovely, very helpful. I was really happy when I finally got to have a look, it was as I expected condition wise and very clean. As a community carer, I'm driving about all day and its nice to be comfortable, its lovely and smooth to drive. and quite economical as well, considering I do short and often journeys.

I bought a car from here during lockdown and the team were great, given that restrictions were in place it did not affect the ability of the staff to do their jobs. The looked after us well and was very helpful. I bought a Skoda Fabia, and its a huge upgrade to what I had, its a lovely motor and running nicely. I'm really pleased with my new car!

I am over the mood with my new Audi Q7, everything is perfect with it, I'm so happy. The car is nice to drive, comfortable, perfect size and height its just beautiful. I really didn't expect to receive the service that I did, it was absolutely brilliant, staff are so helpful, patience and kind I was really really pleased, they couldn't have done anymore. I have used Quality Part X before to buy a car and they were really really good, the car was perfect and the team looked after us so when the time for upgrading came, it was the first place I looked. I found a BMW X1 with them and I fell in love with it. The customer service was yet again, perfect! It's nice to be valued as a customer and the guys here are genuinely nice people, very willing to help, nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Quality Part X, they really helped me through-out the process of buying my Mercedes CLS - I have been dreaming of owning this car for a very long time, and I finally have it! Its everything I hoped for, and I'm so happy with it.
