My overall experience has been a good one with Quality Part X Dunstable. I arranged to view the Vauxhall Combo Life that they had available, so I made an appointment and headed down to view it. The car hadn't undergone the AA checks when I arrived, but the salesman bent over backwards to get this done right away, and after the checks were complete, they replaced all of the tires on the vehicle. I still managed to drive it home on the same day. The guy was really good at sorting everything out quickly. The Combo has been grand since driving away (touchwood) I haven't had any issues so far.

So far so good with my Mercedes CLA. The service was excellent from the guys at Quality Part X and I appreciated how quickly they managed to turn things around for me.

This is categorically the most amount of money I've ever spent on a car, and it's my first almost-new one too. I wanted to make sure I was spending my money in the right place, so after finding the car on Auto Trader, I decided to do some research into the dealership. Quality Part X clearly sell a lot of cars and have a good reputation online, so I proceeded with caution. Hussein answered my enquiry and was a pleasure to deal with. I felt at ease immediately and despite them being clearly over-stretched on the day, the level of service provided was still of a good standard.

Loving my new Fiat 500! I've not bought many cars before but I thought the service I received was fantastic. Everything went really smoothly and I was in and out in no time.

Currently sat in the waiting room at the vets so I thought I'd use writing this review as a bit of a distraction, so here goes. I bought a lovely little Mazda CX-5 from the chaps over at Quality Part X last month, and whilst I'm still finding out what all the buttons do, I'm really happy with it. The staff at the dealership were all very pleasant and helpful. I've got no complaints.

The Peugeot 5008 we bought from Quality Part X in Dunstable is absolutely brilliant!! Having 3 kids meant we needed a bigger family car, and having 7 seats is a massive bonus!

My daughter is very happy with her Jeep, and we were happy with the customer service from the Dunstable branch and have no reason that we can think of not to score them 5 out of 5.

The customer service was excellent. (Washid?) was very patient with me trying to e-sign the finance agreement and explained each step of the whole purchase process very clearly.

I’ve had no issues with my VW so far; it’s been absolutely perfect up to this point. Hussein made the entire process incredibly easy and efficient. It was a quick and smooth experience, and I was in and out of the dealership, driving away in my new car without any unnecessary waiting around. The car was handed over to me in immaculate condition and had been valeted to a very high standard. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the car itself.
