New car is lovely, very very good price for the condition, low mileage etc, its in great shape and been well looked after in the past. Its a used car, but feels, looks and drives like new.

Straight forward, smooth and simple process. The car was ready for when everything was signed and ready to go, it was clean, shiny and in the condition I expected. I wouldn't hesitate buying from Quality Part X Dunstable again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Quality Part X recently as I was helping my son buy a vehicle. He had a lovely VW Scirocco but had just found out he was having a baby so it was time to upgrade to a family car, he wanted to go to a Mondeo. We was looking and there was nothing in the area so we widen the search and found one with QPX - we took a punt on it. The guys did a live video with us, showed us the car in depth, gave us all the details and we said lets go for it! The guy who delivered it from London to Newcastle was spot on, very helpful and informative. We was more surprised when the car turned up as it exceeded expectations, on the video we did you could see, very slightly, the paint flaking on 1 corner - but my son was ok with this as could clearly see and it wasn't hidden - when it was delivered it had been put through the body shop and completely repaired/resprayed - it really did exceed expectations. I would never normally buy a car this way but I would more than happily buy again from QPX trusting them certainly paid off. He absolutely loves the car, really enjoying it and its definitely practical for a family!

I dealt with 2 gentlemen at Quality Part X, Ash and Adam, both were excellent, both very polite, courteous and professional. They offered their knowledge and help and valued our custom. I purchased a Prius and I am very pleased with it - the car is driving lovely and very comfortable for myself and Husband - Thank you for a smooth and easy car buying experience.

Very nice to deal with this company they were very helpful and friendly, yet professional. I am pleased with the Prius and I am up to speed with it and got my head around controls etc thanks to the guys for a detailed run through of the car - they explained everything to me clearly and made sure I was happy with documents, prices and car before the deal was completed. I would like to thank Quality Part X for their consistent support, they have been incredibly helpful and understanding and I am very grateful for their help. I bought a car and not long after the car developed major issues, I contacted the dealer and they were absolutely fantastic - there isn't anything I'd have hoped they did differently. The had the car back and gave me the options: 1. have the car diagnosed and repaired and keep it. 2. return the vehicle and swap it for something else. I was quite impatience and wanted a car sooner rather than later, I found a lovely Mercedes C Class so chose to swap it. They never made it difficult or awkward and remained professional and helpful through-out. This shows me the after sales service is just as fantastic as the sales service - which is very important. I'm very pleased with the Merc its a lovely car and very nice to drive. Given the experience I will 100% use this dealership again, I know I will be looked after no matter what the situation.

Good as gold at Quality Part X - really brilliant customer service through-out the purchase with lots of help and support, the team looked after me. This is the first time I've been here but I would be happy to visit them again when due an upgrade. I purchased a Nissan Juke and the car is fantastic - its a pleasure to drive, very happy with it.
