Great costumer service, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly team, we arrived a little bit earlier than our appointment, we was offered a coffee while we was waiting and we was seen very quickly, still earlier than our appointment time. Liam was very responsive and friendly, and gave me great deal. Ray was another salesman who helped me through my purchase, he was great and advised a few things with my new car. Very happy with the Mazda. Thank you so much guys.

When I bought my Peugeot 3008 from Quality Part X, the guys were fab, really helpful and friendly. They didnt pressure me, just gave me all the details and allowed me to make a decision. The car was described very well, and for the age and mileage, the price was very according. We had the car delivered, and it was exactly on time, it was really clean and tidy too, no hidden surprises, just exactly as I expected. The delivery driver was very polite and friendly, a real smooth transaction.

I was quite apprehensive about going to Quality Part X, as I have only ever bought from main dealers before. First impressions were great, I cant fault them at all, they made me feel very comfortable and were very accommodating with me. There has been no problems with the car so far, it has been really reliable and was great value for money I ended up going for a VW Arteon. If they had another car that I was interested in, in the future then i would have no problem in using them again.

I have to give Quality part X top marks! They were absolutely brilliant, so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them to help us. Everyone was really happy. I was driving a old Zafira before this and we decided to go for the Ford Galaxy, ts so spacious and roomy and it is so nice to drive a much newer car. I really am very pleased how we were dealt with, they are so lovely. I would not hesitate to return there and also recommend to my friends and family. Thanks again, really Top service.
