Since I never saw the car in person, I was relying on the honesty of the team for the description of the car. Once the car was delivered I was very impressed with how tidy the car was and how the team described the car perfectly with no hidden surprises. What great service from this team from start to finish. The team were amazing to deal with as they really took everything I said into consideration. The car had a few details that needed sorting before I purchased the car, but these imperfections were amended on collection day. Since driving my Suzuki Swace home, it has been faultless and I am really enjoying the drive. However, I did notice that both key fobs were missing the actual key to manually open the car. After contacting Quality Part X, the team were quick to get this issue resolved and I had a manual key that arrived in the post the other day.

Mechanically my car is amazing, and it has been since the day I got it. I can't remember the gents name who looked after me throughout the sales process but every member of the team were great and they were very patient, as I wasn't sure which car to go for. I picked the Vauxhall Mokka as I needed a big car for the family. The only issues I'm having with the car are that there is a funny smell in the car that I can't seem to get rid of.

I love my Audi A1, I was in the market for a smaller car and when I arrived at the Quality Part X they had a lot of cars to choose from. I went for the Audi A1 as I love German cars, it's small but also within my budget. So far, I've had no issues, and the car is spot on.

Quality Part X Dunstable were absolutely brilliant, there was no trouble whatsoever. The salesman was really good when I first came down to look at the MG HS and took it for a test drive, there was a few little bits and pieces that needed to be sorted out and they were all done when I went to collect the vehicle and the handover was really smooth. I love how this dealership take ownership of any small issues and are happy to resolve them. I will tell everyone about this dealership and I would certainly use them again.

Quality Part X located in Dunstable were superb to deal with, I did have an issue with the engine management light coming on the car when I first got it and when I let them know about this they were fast to get it back into their garage to get the problem rectified for me. I would 100 percent feel confident to come back to this dealer to buy another car off them in the future knowing they are not just interested in the sale of the car but that they also actually care about their customers and that they provide a decent aftercare service. I was really shocked by a follow up call from them also asking how everything was going with the car and how I found the customer care whilst buying my car off them. It is nice to see a company taking great pride in the work that they do and this is what will gain them repeat customers who stay loyal to them. Keep up the great work.👏
