It was unusual to visit a dealership where I felt comfortable walking around because I have visited companies before where I felt judged for being there, but the team at Quality Part X were really lovely and it made things a lot easier, which I appreciated. I love my BMW I3 that I purchased and I'm very pleased. I'd happily use this dealership again and recommend it to others.

My wife's Insignia is going well and she's happy with it so I'm happy. The girl in the office and the salesman both provided great service, they were a nice bunch. I think the main man was AJ who I thought was very patient and respectful, giving me plenty of time and space to look around the car without being pushy. Even though it was busy, I still felt well looked after. Overall, it was a good experience. No complaints.

The Peugeot is my daughter’s car, and from what I can tell, she’s getting on fine with it. We both visited the dealership and I thought the customer service was brilliant. Everyone was helpful, and the process moved quickly. They even assisted with setting up insurance and road tax after agreeing to take the car, which was a great help. The guy who showed us the car was very knowledgeable, and the woman who handled the paperwork was fantastic. I would definitely go back for a used car in the future. 5 stars!

No issues with how the sale went. I can't remember the salesman's name but from the moment I enquired about the car to driving away, I thought it was a very smooth process. Even when it came to the paperwork there were no delays.

I've got an appointment with the team on the 29th to get some small scratches repaired but other than that, the car is running well and I'm very happy with it. I visited the dealership directly and I'm glad I did because the team offered a test BMW 3 Series which sealed the deal. It's been great since.

This was the first time visiting Quality Part X Stevenage after spotting the Seat on Car Guru. I knew what I was after, so it was a matter of quality and price, which this dealership had both. I drove down to the dealership had a look round the car and it all went sweet from there. 10/10 for the team it was a great experience.
