Firstly the kids love the new Grandland I have bought from Quality Part X in Stevenage, they couldn't wait to get in it when we brought it home. I drove a fair distance to get this car, but I am very glad I did. The process was smooth and the customer service was fabulous.

I recently saw the Kia Sportage on Auto Trader which was being sold by Quality Part X in Stevenage, and I must say that the description matched the actual car perfectly. The customer service was decent, although there was a minor issue during car collection, which might have been a misunderstanding. However, once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly. The staff at Quality Part X were exceptionally friendly, making the overall experience positive.

In hindsight, I realize that my choice of car might not have been the most sensible one for my needs. This, however, is not a reflection of any part of the dealership. I purchased the car on January 2nd, needing a vehicle urgently to return to work, and I may have made a somewhat impulsive decision. It's essential to note that there's nothing wrong with the car I bought – it's quite nice. Yet, I'm contemplating the idea of trading it in soon for something more fitting for my daily requirements. I want to commend Quality Part Ex for being a good company to deal with. Despite my own considerations about the car choice, they were professional and understanding. I would recommend them to others looking for a smooth and hassle-free buying experience.
