I would highly recommend Quality Part X, the Stevenage branch were incredible! I would absoutley have no issues using them again, The Ford Fiesta, is a fantastic car, its perfect for what I need it for. The team did more than I could of asked for. I would recommend giving these guys a go, if you are looking for a reliable second hand car.

Everyone we dealt with at Quality Part X in Stevenage were so incredibly lovely. We felt heard and respected throughout our car buying journey, and through this we felt very reassured with the business we are dealing with. They agreed to fix a few things before we purchased the car which they stuck to there word and did fix. The only thing I will say is the aftercare garage is a little tricky to find, so could do with some signposting.

Very formal and very quick process from the team!! I've had my car for a while now and I am still very proud of my car, I honestly can't fault the performance of the car at all, it is lovely. The only small detail I would like to mention would be that there was a lot of scratches in the boot, where it looks like the previous owner had a wheelchair and it’s scratched the boot, this isn't an issue but It would of been nice to have been told that before collection.

The team at Quality Part X couldn't do enough for me while I was in the market for a new car. They were very welcoming on arrival, very professional and not at all pushy! Which is really important, as I'm sure most people agree that a pushy salesman can make a good car look bad. The car was spotless when I arrived to pick it up and for a second hand car, I got a real new car feeling. I couldn't recommend this dealership enough.

I don't give anyone top marks but there isn't anything in particular that this dealer could improve on. It was actually a very fast process, once I enquired about the Peugeot 308 online, I went ahead and purchased it and it was delivered on the same day. The car runs well and I'm grateful for the team.

It was a very good experience while I was purchasing my car from this dealership. The team were very informative about all of the cars I was interested in, making me aware of previous owners, performance, efficiency etc... I went for the Jaguar F-Pace because once I took it on a test drive, I fell in love with the car. It has been a smooth ride ever since. I am still waiting for my V5 but I know this can take some time.

It was my first time visiting this dealership and it can always be worrying as there are a lot of dodgy dealers knocking about, but this isn't one of them. The team were very welcoming when I first arrived, and this service continued after the sale of the car. Raheem was the salesman who looked after me throughout the sales process and he was a pleasure to deal with as he helped to answer all of my questions, explained everything about the paper work and he sold me a good quality car.
