Quality Part X is a lovely dealership, I am so pleased I bought my Audi A4 from them and not somewhere else. The A4 is so enjoyable to drive and looks so nice. The salesman who I dealt with was approachable and knowledgeable and all my questions were answered.

My Mercedes is absolutely perfect, thank you so much Quality Part X. I have been dreaming of a car like this for a long time. When I came to look at it, it was so clean and in such great condition it just had to be mine. All went very well on the test drive and buying the car was very straightforward. To be honest with you I really liked the whole process!

Right from the very beginning the the person I had my initial phone call with, through to the salesman who helped me buy the Fiesta everyone was extremely courteous. All communications were promptly responded to as well. The Fiesta is much smaller than my last car and it is taking some getting used to but I do love it. I definitely made the right decision in buying it.

I bought a Megane remotely from Quality Part X and all has been going really well. I first contacted them on the phone and I was dealt with straight away and all future communications mirrored this efficiency. The Megane arrived on time and it was lovely and clean. The delivery driver spent a little bit of time talking through things with me before he left. Overall I am really happy with the customer service they did so much for me and I appreciate it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good customer service provided, we were well looked after by QPX and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We bought a VW Passat and absolutely love it, it's a very very enjoyable car to drive we are using it as much as we possibly can. I would happily purchase here again without hesitation.
