Really helpful and accommodating staff, all my questions were answered and they did everything I asked. The car is fantastic and nothing but enjoyment so far! Would be more than happy buying again and recommending to other people.

My journey buying my car was hassle free from start to finish. I dealt with a gentleman called Lee Wadsworth, the car was as described, he was very helpful and assisted me through any queries I had. As soon as I sent an email or called it was dealt with straightaway. I was kept in the loop the whole time and the turnaround was great. I never felt under pressure to purchase the car and he was very honest in what he said. I was even called the next day to check I was happy with the car.

When buying a second hand car there is always the usual concerns; car's condition mechanically and cosmetically, the dealership and how genuine, value for money etc. It's usually quite a stressful time. However, thanks to Quality Part X my mind was rest, and I was reassured throughout the purchase. The team were so helpful and accommodating and provided upfront the details and history of the car. My Hyundai looks brand new, and is in top condition! It drives like a dream and I believe is extremely good for what we paid. The members of staff have such high standard customer service, it was a nice environment and the staff seemed smiley and happy. The lady at reception, Kim, was absolutely fantastic, from first answering to our enquiry, to us sealing the deal and driving away with the Discovery, she went out of her way for us. She got everything organised extremely well, so it was smooth sailing. Another staff member who really impressed me and my husband, was our salesman. Although I cannot remember his name he was incredible. He got the car sorted for us within a matter of days, and let us take our time when deciding if it was the right one. He used no pushy sales tactics, and got us a great deal on our new car. I can't praise enough, they have been perfect, and have changed my view on dealerships for the better.
