My brothers partner bought a car from Quality Part X's Stevenage branch a little while ago, so they were the first place we tried. We wanted a cheap runaround that we could literally run into the ground, and the guys listened & understood completely. They didn't try to upsell anything, and only proposed cars that matched our budget. They actually deterred us from buying something slightly more expensive which just showed they had the best intentions. We ended up with a Tiguan & absolutely love it! It's the perfect workhorse and it's being put to good use daily.

My requirements were pretty specific, so when I spotted a VW Golf that ticked all the boxes, I made an appointment to go see it. The dealership was out of the way for us, and we ended up being 45 mins late due to traffic, but the guys still managed to squeeze us in and gave us all the time we needed. I've used my little Vauxhall Corsa every day since collecting it and it's absolutely fab! I came across the dealership on Auto Trader, but actually knew two of the guys working there when I arrived haha - Small world! The standard of customer service provided by everyone at Quality Part X was faultless and although they're not exactly local, I'd definitely return when it's time for a change.
