When buying a second hand car there is always the usual concerns; car's condition mechanically and cosmetically, the dealership and how genuine, value for money etc. It's usually quite a stressful time. However, thanks to Quality Part X my mind was rest, and I was reassured throughout the purchase. The team were so helpful and accommodating and provided upfront the details and history of the car. My Hyundai looks brand new, and is in top condition! It drives like a dream and I believe is extremely good for what we paid. They are now my first recommendation and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

The members of staff have such high standard customer service, it was a nice environment and the staff seemed smiley and happy. The lady at reception, Kim, was absolutely fantastic, from first answering to our enquiry, to us sealing the deal and driving away with the Discovery, she went out of her way for us. She got everything organised extremely well, so it was smooth sailing. Another staff member who really impressed me and my husband, was our salesman. Although I cannot remember his name he was incredible. He got the car sorted for us within a matter of days, and let us take our time when deciding if it was the right one. He used no pushy sales tactics, and got us a great deal on our new car. I can't praise enough, they have been perfect, and have changed my view on dealerships for the better.
