I recently bought a Peugeot from Quality part ex and I am loving it. The blokes down there are really nice! I mainly dealt with Ray, he was really helpful and friendly. I realised there was an issue with the boot lock when I got home and so I arranged to take it back in to be fixed and they were great. They got it sorted straight away for me. That gave me peace of mind that should anything go wrong in the future then they are helpful with the after sales not just wanting to sell you a car.

I felt extremely looked after while I was going through the buying process at Quality Part X. Its really nice to go into a dealership and be able to speak to someone who also speaks Arabic, it makes the service even more personalised. There was a slight issue with my car so I took it back and they made sure it was all sorted for me with out an issue. I really love my Peugeot it drives very nicely. After my experience, I would Recommend Quality Part X to all my friends and family.

My husband purchased a BNMW X1 on the 10/08/2020 on my journey home I realised there were few visible dents on the windscreen after He used the wind washer, Perhaps why the car was in it's felt state. The car was so filthy when He took it and didn't think much of it and thought that was minor hence He can take it to car wash himself. This clearly indicates to now that the full sales pre-preparation was not done and the car was given to him not fully valeted respectively to hide the dents on the screen. The main issue was the media Unit which turned on and off several times within his 2 hours journey home. He immediately contacted the after sales team manager (Omar), My husband offered them the chance to have it fixed as soon as possible as he needs it for work. Omar promised to have the car fixed on Wednesday and have it delivered on Thursday under no cost and the car was never delivered as guaranteed. He contacted him to query about the car, Omar indicated that he never said the car would be available on the date listed above. At that point he indicated to him that he has lost total confidence in car, the company and ther indigent customer service and he requested for an extended warranty as one would naturally think there are more issues with the car then they lead him to believe. Omar began to demonstrate very unprofessional behaviours threatening him, telling him he would cancel the repair, park the car outside and send the keys on a recorded delivery and that he MOST take the car by force . He tried to further intimidate him into reimbursing the dealership £1000-500 -200 for issues that should have been sorted prior to the car being sold to him. Few days later the car was back on their website, which leads us to believe that that car was sold to someone else despite the fact that he has the documents and the keys to the car. The most DISGUSTING thing is that Omar called him and promised to refund him but only if my husband's friend deletes his review on their sit. Waiting on our lawyer to get back to us. Unacceptable

They are doing fraud with the name of AA. I purchased a car recently but it had huge gear box fault. I was not made aware of this issue and was offered a discount saying you can pay less money and have the car without warranty and the first service. I bought the car for £5500.00 and I have to pay £2200.00 on top of that to get the gear box fixed. Please be aware of this dealership and the deals they offer. I do not reccomend.
All the sales people that I dealt with, didn’t have the capacity to tell the truth, was kept unnecessarily waiting, the car was handed over with a flat spare wheel, all in all, shocking service!!!

We went to Quality Part X in Stevenage today, it was difficult due to an accident and in this 32C heat we had to go to around the back roads in luton. We got there, seen a few of the employees but they do not seem to be interested in selling cars! We looked around then they keep passing us around on whose going to deal with us? Then the last big man came out, with his disheveled shirt entertained us for a few minutes then we asked for some details and a key he went inside unlocked the car from inside their office! How unprofessional! So we left as we realized “if this was how they deal with people who are interested to buy how much more if there is problem with the car we purchased?” Poor customer service

So far so good with Quality Part X in Stevenage. I helped my friend to find and purchased C4 Picasso 1.6 Hdi from Stanmore branch. Staff (Rida and Gary) very helpful. I noticed a minor issue on the roadtest and this was remedied by the time the car was collected 4 days later. The car well presented and clean. Some reviews for this company are not very favourable but I can only speak as I find. Hopefully the car will be ok and there won't be any cause for complaint further down the road.
Purchase an a class from here 6 months ago, still in love with it and as described. My step mum also bought from quality part x Stevenage branch a couple months ago and she feels the same.
