I began to struggle with my manual car, I wasn't getting on well with the clutch and it was becoming an issue for me. I loved my Meriva but it was a perfect excuse to upgrade. I contacted Quality Part X after seeing another Meriva online, an automatic. I thought this would be perfect, the car I love but without the clutch.... perfect! I went to go and view it and John was outstanding. The customer service I received was brilliant, John went above and beyond and was extremely attentive. I bought the car after a long discussion, details and history of the car given to me and a test drive at my own leisure. The new car is much more modern, its got turbo too, which I cant certainly tell the difference, much more kick to it. It has nice up to date features like door lights and handle lights, so its nice and snazzy. I resisted buying an auto for so many years as I've only ever driven a manual so I was very nervous about making the change. I shouldn't have worried at all, I should have just done it sooner. I like the Vauxhall Meriva because its so practical, especially for the grandkids. The doors open outwards, I can get 3 booster seats in the back, and the kids discovered that it has tables in the back so they were made up! I like the high drive, sitting up higher when on the road is much better for me, its lovely and comfortable and very nice to drive. Its the easiest/laziest driving I've ever known, but I'm truly pleased with it - thank you Quality Part X I will be recommending you from now on.

I was perfectly happy with the service I received from Quality part X, they were polite, welcoming and very cheerful. I bought a a Skoda and Im over the moon with it. Ive recently taken it on a long run down to the Lake district. It was ever so comfortable to drive, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely buy from here again given they had the right car in stock.
