I am so happy with my new Renault Kadjar. It was well presented when I picked it up and drives great.

I was looking for quite a while for a new car to get me and the kids from A to B, and I needed to make sure it was reliable, so when I saw the Nissan Juke on the AA-approved site, I knew I was on to a winner. I went to see the car at Quality Part X. The team was amazing and really professional, and I felt at ease as soon as I got there. Any problems I had were fixed immediately, and I left a very happy customer!

They kept it all very simple and straightforward which is what I like, no fuss, and they weren't pushy. I found the staff to be professional and very friendly. My Honda is in great condition, and I've had no problems with it, it was a good experience.

The service at Quality Part X was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, felt quite reassured during the sales process. Car is great apart from a tyre light comes on but the tyres are fine, need to pop back in to sort, other than that love the car.

My experience with the sales process at Quality Part Ex was remarkably smooth. From start to finish, everything went seamlessly, and the staff was professional and helpful. In hindsight, I realize that my choice of car might not have been the most sensible one for my needs. This, however, is not a reflection of any part of the dealership. I purchased the car on January 2nd, needing a vehicle urgently to return to work, and I may have made a somewhat impulsive decision. It's essential to note that there's nothing wrong with the car I bought – it's quite nice. Yet, I'm contemplating the idea of trading it in soon for something more fitting for my daily requirements. I want to commend Quality Part Ex for being a good company to deal with. Despite my own considerations about the car choice, they were professional and understanding. I would recommend them to others looking for a smooth and hassle-free buying experience.

Excellent service at Quality Part X and my car was excellent too until someone wrote it off! Now looking for another, if they had another Mazda 3 I would go back to them but unfortunately they haven't, and I really liked the car. Would happily recommend them as a company though, couldn't fault them.

Everything seems to be really good, I purchased a Renault Koleos as I had a similar, slightly smaller car before and this was the closest thing I could find within my price range. It's a very forgiving drive and has been really easy to get used to, the process was quick and straight forward, there was not a lot of waiting around at the dealership and all the staff were efficient with their time. It's an excellent company to work with and I feel very content, like I got my moneys worth between the car and the service.

So far so good, everything is going well with my new MG, I was quite confused when I drove to Bluewater and tried to pay the £10 charge however it wouldn't accept the payment as the car is registered as a disabled vehicle, I am presuming this is due to delays at the DVLA as I have the V5C already, I am going to keep an eye on this but I was worried about potential consequences of not being able to pay. Ali was really lovely and great to deal with, I felt very comfortable working with him, the car was very well prepped and cleaned before I picked it up which was really nice.
