I have had 5008's in the past, an older model and similar 7 seater cars from different manufactures. I need a bigger cars and really did like the 5008 I had in the past, I decided to get a newer, more modern version, with a few more bells and whistles, the value for money is unmatched and the last one I owned was very reliable. The customer service is worthy of a mentioned, the team were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, the only little bit of feedback I could offer was I wasn't made aware of the previous owner being disable, this meant the car was registered accordingly, I did a lot of frantic running around on the Saturday to get to the post office and change it over, I didn't realize the dealership did this for me so it was unnecessary. A little detail which stopped full marks, everything else is perfect.

everything is okay, I am getting on very well with my MG ZS. I have never had MG cars before but they are very nice inside and out and very well specked out. The car came without a parcel shelf which the team have been proactive to rectory for me and there has been some repair work which doesn't seem to be done to the highest standard. The team again are keen to get this resolved for me however, being a student nurse, I am struggling to find the time to get the car back. It's refreshing how accommodating the dealership are and the customer service has been very pleasant. I am happy with my car, I will be even happier once I have my parcel shelf 😊

Our new cars is great, absolutely running fine and overall, couldn't be happier with it. We have had an issue with slow punctures in a couple of the tires, one we took back to Quality Part X and they were very accommodating in getting this sorted out for me, the other, I decided to do off my own back, it cost me only £25 to get it repaired at a local garage and it saved me a trip back over to Stevenage, I have spoken to the team and they are looking to approve a reimbursement which would mean a lot, the customer service and car generally is great so other than this, there is nothing to grumble about.

Overwhelmingly happy with Quality Part X in Stevenage, we have been on the hunt for another compact 7 seater to replace the Toyota Corolla Verso we had before. We settled on a Peugeot 5008 which is a little bulkier and a little more well refined, it's a lot more modern and arguably a lot more suited to what we need. I have been really enjoying he car so far, it's nice to drive and not to dis-similar to my old car which has made the transition very easy. The customer service has been exceptional too, my only criticism and feedback I would offer, the dealership was busy which was nice to see however, it left us waiting for around 15/20 minutes, someone just popping there head in to say check in and keep us updated would have gotten them full marks from me.

The overall experience with the dealership has been superb. Firstly, a huge thank you for resolving the key issue promptly, ensuring we received the second key just in time for Christmas. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and friendly, making the purchase process smooth and enjoyable. Communication was top-notch; they were responsive to emails and maintained excellent communication throughout. The car itself has been a delight, meeting all expectations and bringing us immense joy. Overall, a solid 5-star experience!

The Peugeot I bought from here is AMAIZNG, I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!!! I've finally used to the way it drives now, its lovely! Everything went so well when I was at the Stevenage branch. Such nice people to deal with... easy as pie!

I would highly recommend Quality Part X, the Stevenage branch were incredible! I would absoutley have no issues using them again, The Ford Fiesta, is a fantastic car, its perfect for what I need it for. The team did more than I could of asked for. I would recommend giving these guys a go, if you are looking for a reliable second hand car.

Everyone we dealt with at Quality Part X in Stevenage were so incredibly lovely. We felt heard and respected throughout our car buying journey, and through this we felt very reassured with the business we are dealing with. They agreed to fix a few things before we purchased the car which they stuck to there word and did fix. The only thing I will say is the aftercare garage is a little tricky to find, so could do with some signposting.
