Excellent service at Quality Part X and my car was excellent too until someone wrote it off! Now looking for another, if they had another Mazda 3 I would go back to them but unfortunately they haven't, and I really liked the car. Would happily recommend them as a company though, couldn't fault them.

Everything seems to be really good, I purchased a Renault Koleos as I had a similar, slightly smaller car before and this was the closest thing I could find within my price range. It's a very forgiving drive and has been really easy to get used to, the process was quick and straight forward, there was not a lot of waiting around at the dealership and all the staff were efficient with their time. It's an excellent company to work with and I feel very content, like I got my moneys worth between the car and the service.

So far so good, everything is going well with my new MG, I was quite confused when I drove to Bluewater and tried to pay the £10 charge however it wouldn't accept the payment as the car is registered as a disabled vehicle, I am presuming this is due to delays at the DVLA as I have the V5C already, I am going to keep an eye on this but I was worried about potential consequences of not being able to pay. Ali was really lovely and great to deal with, I felt very comfortable working with him, the car was very well prepped and cleaned before I picked it up which was really nice.

I helped my friend with buying a new car and he took a Kia Sportage from Quality Part X, he is made up with it, says it has been running really well and hasn't mentioned any issues, we need to pop back down to sort out the warranty but we both live local to Stevenage, the next time we are both off, we will head over. The customer service is of a high standard, all the team are really friendly and made the transaction quick and easy.

Overall very happy with the experience dealing with Quality Part X in Stevenage, I went with my son to look to look at a few and left with a Honda CHR, there a few things I am working with the after sales care team to resolve however, the team were very welcoming to both me and my son and start to finish has been very pleasant and professional.

I love my new car, the car is perfect and so was the service. It's lovely and smooth to drive, looks great and it's automatic which was the main appeal for the purchase. There is a little hitch with the Apple car play not working, it was in the beginning but has since stopped, this could be the cable or could be the car, I am not sure. I have spoken to the team and I am awaiting further information on how to get this resolved.

I couldn't be happier with my new car, we have recently had a new edition to the family and with a new born, we needed a car with a little more space, I have always had little 3 door runaround cars and the Seat Aron seemed the perfect balance, big enough to be a family car and small enough that I would still be comfortable driving it. I love my new car, the only thing holding me back from full marks was the parking facilities on the day were blocked off so we had to park on the rod, furthermore, the road was full of cars so we had to park and walk from quite far away.

Everything has been perfect, the car is amazing and the customer service is exceptional.

All seems well with my new car, I have had Diesel VW's in the past so my new T Roc isn't to outlandishly different than the cars I have previously owned. It's performing exceptionally well, no issues or cause for concern. I found the car online, booked a viewing, test drove, paid and left, I knew what I wanted as I had already test drove a few different ones and the team in the dealership helped ensure the process was quick and efficient which is what I was hoping for. There are a couple things which could have maybe been done differently, there was a 0 mile range on the dash when I bought the car, this was disconcerting with not knowing where the local garages were. The cars service light was on when I test drove the car, I was hoping it would have been serviced prior to collection and it wasn't, in there defence, I hadn't raised this with them on the day. A couple little bits of feedback, the staff are lovely however and the experience start to finish was very pleasant.
