Everything was handled very well when I bought my Fiesta from you. The main guy who I dealt with was great, he explained everything clearly. To be honest there were no problems with the overall customer service with the rest of the team. Everyone made me feel welcome. The Fiesta is truly amazing, I couldn't have hoped for better.

I had a very relaxed buying experience at Quality Part X, there was no rush or hard sell. I was able to take my time considering my options. The car I chose was a 3008 and it has been doing very well, it is a comfortable drive and I like the higher road position. I bought a lovely CLA from Quality Part X in December. The process of buying the car was great, I was able to take it for a test drive. I made my first ever car purchase with Quality Part X and it is the easiest thing I have ever done! It truly was a breeze. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who went through all the paperwork with me, he was so lovely, really pleasant to deal with and extremely thorough. I travelled from London to this dealership and they stayed in touch with me so I didn't have to make the journey until it was necessary. I absolutely love my car, it is great. 10 stars out of 5!!

The customer service was really good, we were well looked after by the staff. The Kia we purchased looked great upon handover, it was immaculate inside and out, it was perfect!
