I purchased my first car here, it was an Audi A1 and I LOVE IT. She is my absolute baby so so beautiful. She has looked after me so well along with Quality Part Ex. Everybody was so kind to me and they were always keeping me updated, it was really exciting and not at all stressful or pressurised. I was well cared for and the customer service was wonderful I cant fault! I have recommended Quality part X to my partner who will be soon using them for his next car too. Absolutely 5 stars!

I highly recommend QPX to anybody out there looking to buy a car from a genuine and honest dealership. Cars are prepped to a high standard and the valet/detailing is unreal, every car is looked after well. The car is driving extremely well, its smooth, sleek and very easy on the eye. I've not stumbled across any niggles or issues at all, everything is top notch. Collection of the car was super simple and everybody I met was a pleasure! Thank you again and I'm sure Ill be back down in a couple of years for another! My Mercedes GLA I purchased from Quality Part x is running great! Brilliant service, I haven't had a single problem at all. I'm really happy with how I was treated! When I went to collect my car it was spick and span and ready for me! I would 100% use these again and I would happy recommend to other!

My car is amazing!! This is the second time I have used these guys, they also part exed my previous car too so its such a simple process! I'm proud to say I am a reoccurring customer of Quality Part X and I will always recommend Quality part x. Not long after I purchased my Juke my brother went to the dealership and purchased his car too, I always recommend this dealership to everybody! These guys are very helpful and so considerate! Definitely sticking with these!!

My Merc is a lovely little car. The inside looks so luxurious and it is in really good condition considering it is second hand. Going through with the sale I thought it was really simple and straight forwards, nothing was too over complicated and there was no hidden fees which is always nice. It was my first time using Quality Part X, and I'd happily go again, they were great!

My experience with QPX was overall a good one 😊 My Tucson is brilliant! The customer service was also great, I dealt with John during the purchase, he was well disposed towards me. I didn't have to wait around because everything was handled in a timely manor.

I would give Quality Part X a solid five stars for sure! I found the team very easy to deal with and approachable. If I had any queries I didn't hesitate to give them a call because they made feel so comfortable and well listened to. My C-Max is a great all rounder and I am really pleased I chose to buy it from here.

After taking myself to the wrong Quality Part X branch... I did get myself to the Stevenage branch to see the car I had organised to see! The guys down there were pretty decent and the car looked well, so I went through with the purchase! It was quick and easy and I didnt find any hidden fees at the end, also no pressure to buy add ons which is always nice! No issues with the Tucson so far, very happy.
