My experience with QPX was overall a good one 😊 My Tucson is brilliant! The customer service was also great, I dealt with John during the purchase, he was well disposed towards me. I didn't have to wait around because everything was handled in a timely manor.

I would give Quality Part X a solid five stars for sure! I found the team very easy to deal with and approachable. If I had any queries I didn't hesitate to give them a call because they made feel so comfortable and well listened to. My C-Max is a great all rounder and I am really pleased I chose to buy it from here.

After taking myself to the wrong Quality Part X branch... I did get myself to the Stevenage branch to see the car I had organised to see! The guys down there were pretty decent and the car looked well, so I went through with the purchase! It was quick and easy and I didnt find any hidden fees at the end, also no pressure to buy add ons which is always nice! No issues with the Tucson so far, very happy.

I found the buying process at Quality Part X to be really swift, the guys got stuck into the sale and pushed everything through in a timely manner and I was on the road in no time. I popped back down to have the aircon checked and again this was a quick and successful visit, I wasn't left waiting around and although I had already bought my car I was treated with the same respect a buying customer would be. All sorted and off I went, one very happy chap.

The guys at Quality Part X in Stevenage are absolutely lovely, they were very nice to deal with while we were buying our Mercedes. Overall we are happy with the car, it has been driving nicely for us and shown us no trouble.

My BMW 3 series is absolutely wonderful, it has been such a reliable motor and takes every journey in its stride fantastically! I am very pleased with the purchase and have had lots of people asking where I got it from, I have happily passed on the recommendation of Quality Part X! Really good pricing of the cars they have in stock, I got a great price for my Part X, and a cracking deal on the Fiesta I bought as well. It was in great condition, and had a nice clean before being handed over. The team were brilliant and did everything they possibly could for me. I highly recommend!!!

I know I'll always be returning to Quality Part X in Stevenage when I'm on the hunt for a new vehicle. I just purchased a Zafira from here and it couldn't be better! It's great fun, enjoyable to drive, and very comfortable! The team at the showroom were friendly and very helpful. I would be more than happy to recommend to others and have already passed a few friends onto these. I will be using these as my go-to from now on!
