We purchased our car here recently everything was done quickly and so easily, the guys were so lovely and helpful and couldn’t be any more friendly... not too salesy but helpful enough to help us make our decision. I began to struggle with my manual car, I wasn't getting on well with the clutch and it was becoming an issue for me. I loved my Meriva but it was a perfect excuse to upgrade. I contacted Quality Part X after seeing another Meriva online, an automatic. I thought this would be perfect, the car I love but without the clutch.... perfect! I went to go and view it and John was outstanding. The customer service I received was brilliant, John went above and beyond and was extremely attentive. I bought the car after a long discussion, details and history of the car given to me and a test drive at my own leisure. The new car is much more modern, its got turbo too, which I cant certainly tell the difference, much more kick to it. It has nice up to date features like door lights and handle lights, so its nice and snazzy. I resisted buying an auto for so many years as I've only ever driven a manual so I was very nervous about making the change. I shouldn't have worried at all, I should have just done it sooner. I like the Vauxhall Meriva because its so practical, especially for the grandkids. The doors open outwards, I can get 3 booster seats in the back, and the kids discovered that it has tables in the back so they were made up! I like the high drive, sitting up higher when on the road is much better for me, its lovely and comfortable and very nice to drive. Its the easiest/laziest driving I've ever known, but I'm truly pleased with it - thank you Quality Part X I will be recommending you from now on.

I was perfectly happy with the service I received from Quality part X, they were polite, welcoming and very cheerful. I bought a a Skoda and Im over the moon with it. Ive recently taken it on a long run down to the Lake district. It was ever so comfortable to drive, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely buy from here again given they had the right car in stock.

Having driven a manual car for many years, circumstances meant that I now needed an automatic. It was a big decision making the change but I'm not at all disappointed. I thought I would stick with a Hyundai as I have always had a good experience with them, and I am use to the way they handle, so I went for the Tucson automatic. It was a little strange at first when I went to change gear then suddenly realising I didn't need to! It has taken a little while to get used to it, but I love it. The dealership were great throughout, there we a few concerns which I raised when I went to view it, but they made sure it was all sorted for collection. Highly recommended.

After an extensive search, I came across my new A class online. I contacted Quality part x and it was still available so I went down for a proper look. I was really impressed when I saw it - it was in great condition and very clean. I couldnt not buy it. Buying it was really easy, the guys I spoke to were dead helpful and made the whole thing an experience. Nothing but 5 stars from me. Great dealer.
