My partner and I had been talking about upgrading our shared car for some time, we found a Vauxhall Zafira online at Quality Part X and it ticked all the boxes for us. We needed something big enough for 2 adults and 4 children and this was perfect! The price seemed good and the advert of the car sounded perfect for what we needed. The dealer was sooo helpful and friendly, the customer service we received was fantastic, from the first contact through to the delivery of the car. When the guys delivered the car, they really helped me out, I live on a busy main road and was nervous about reversing the car out when I came to drive it so they reversed it on the drive for me, made sure I was happy with everything, they waiting and answered all my questions and gave me some great advise about the car, really helpful and professional. Since having the car we have been so pleased with it, the kids love it, more than enough space, its practical and its a really really nice car to drive, we are made up. I took it to my own mechanic just for piece of mind and his words was 'this car is well worth the money you paid, it will last you, its a mechanically perfect car'. I would just like to thank everybody who helped us buy the car, it was a lovely, exciting and positive experience and we will happily buy from here again in the future.

Really impressed with my shiny new Land Rover Discovery, when I collected the car it was pristine, immaculate inside and outside it looked superb. The staff at Quality Part X was very helpful and friendly and the whole transition was handled smoothly, quickly and professionally, I will use again in the future and recommend to others moving forward.

Everything was absolutely top notch when I was buying my BMW, the salesman was brilliant, he handled everything really well, professionally and was always so helpful through-out. It was quick and easy, no waiting around at all and everything was ready for when agreed - it couldn't have been any smoother or better to be honest. The X1 is incredible, I'm over the moon with it. I was looking at 2 cars from 2 different dealerships, I wanted a Mercedes A Class, 1 of the 2 was with Quality Part X and the other from a dealer in Derby. I was in contact with both of the dealers and the cars were pretty much exactly the same, very similar mileage, same spec, colour and age. I had told both dealers I was looking at 2 cars, and Quality Part X came back with a really good deal for me, the other dealer wasn't willing to knock the price down at all. When I went to the dealership the car looked amazing, it was clean, tidy VERY shiny and I was so excited to get in it! Since buying I've taken the car for a health check and everything is perfect with it, I'm so happy, I absolutely love it. The staff were helpful and friendly and didn't pressure me, really nice bunch of people. I will be back to this dealer when I am ready to upgrade for sure!

Fantastic customer service received when purchasing my Golf, the dealer was so helpful and not pushy at all, it was a nice relaxed environment and the whole team seemed like very nice people. Everybody I spoke to was polite and helpful, I couldn't fault the service. The car is perfect for me, I am very pleased with it. Considering buying a car is usually a stressful experience, I really enjoyed myself and had a good time, it was stress-free and very pleasant, I would use Quality Part X again in the future.

This is the first time I've purchased a car from this dealership, I wasn't 100% sure what to expect with the current times, but the dealer really did do everything they could to ensure, a smooth, easy, quick and personal service. My vehicle buying experience from Quality part x was really good. The cars are brilliant quality. I bought a Vauxhall Astra, its the first time I have owned a Vauxhall previously but not for a while and you can really tell the difference in quality, they have upped their standards so I'm really happy. I did everything online as I am far away. It was a really smooth process and I would recommend them to anyone considering using them.

I recently bought an Audi A1 from Quality part X, Liam was who was looking after me when we were discussing the car. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about the car. We then went to view it and another sales guy really looked after us as Liam wasn't there. We loved the car so had it delivered it was a really easy process.
