Quantam Cars were great and very helpful with the sale of the range rover sport until the car until the car broke down 6 days later! FIRST ISSUE WAS WITH THE RETURN OF THE CAR. After breaking down the car was towed to a third party garage and several faults were diagnosed. Thank god we financed the car as the delaler refused to take the car back but luckily the finance company understood the law which allows the consumer a grace period to return a faulty car. I tried to explain this law to the dealer but he wouldn't hear any of it so I gave up dealing with him and the finance company were brilliant in dealing with the matter. They picked up the car and arranged all of our out of pocket expenses to be returned to us. 6 weeks later after the car was collected I received a  call stating that the dealer had just received the car back and it was damaged with scratches down the side. I am not sure if this was just another ploy from the dealer however I am not silly and had had a full report completed by the towing company at the time of collection which detailed the car in perfect condition when it left me along with photos of the vehicle inside and out. SECOND WAS WITH THE WARRANTY WE TOOK  OUT WITH THE GARAGE. We took out 5 star AA warranty through the dealer at an added cost of £800 when we purchased the car, however the warranty did not cover any of the issues when the car broke down. We requested a refund for the warranty as we of course would not be using the warranty as the car had been returned and the dealer refused and said that (a) we had used the policy (incorrect) and (b) it was non refundable (incorrect). He then failed to answer calls, emails and letters until I called from private number and he answered. He then swiftly hung up when he realised it was me and I advised him I was recording the conversation. I then went to AA direct who kindly confirmed that they had agreed to the refund and to my astonishment had already refunded the dealer and the dealer was with holding our money. Surprise surprise when I started court proceedings the money was refunded immediately to the solicitor. In finishing, all information stated here is true and correct and I have all correspondence between myself, the dealer, Santander consumer finance and AA for anyone that requires further information/ proof. Beware of this dealer!

Quantam Cars don't even phone back when there is a fault going to trading and standards to sort this out give this place a wide birth.

Just would like to share that Quantum cars have an extremely dedicated team ensuring all needs are met to the best of their ability. Brilliant service and good knowledge of the cars as well as any possible add ons there may be. Would thoroughly recommend.

Personally I don't recomand Quantam Cars. Got an Audi Q7 front them in March 2018 ,after 5 weeks the injectors has stop working due to dirty dpf. When I went to vw service they found the dpf 74% blocked.... I've tried to call the dealership for 2 months since this was happened, he never answered, finally I've spoken with him and obviously he said that is my fault driving the car with a dpf blocked (dirty). In 5 weeks I only drove around 1000 miles and I've been told by an Audi mechanic that the dpf was blocked before 2 500 pounds out from pocket to get the car fixed

Great customer service not pushy they had others customers they did not hurry they are really polite and I had test driven 3 cars and I bought 1. Quantam Cars taxed my car and also gave me a competitive price on the warranty they offer.

Quantam Cars are great people never bought a car I’m international student these guys gave me great discount and later I changed my car as my insurance was too high really responsive and professional Mo was exceptional.

Purchased a Range Rover Sport from Quantum Cars in February and the vehicle is excellent. Great value for money with 3 months warranty provided and 12 months breakdown cover.
