Brought my van from Quantam Cars of Leicester 7 months ago after 2 months paid for break pads disc and callipers costing over 800 and this week the turbo has failed and currently at my mechanic I was also given a warranty that they have refused to pay out ... Hello All, We are a group of consumers who have been the victim of fraud by the Gary Seward (Director) of Quantum cars of Leicester Limited. (He also uses the alias Paul) The company has gone into voluntary liquidation and has taken thousands of pounds from innocent consumers. We believe that this company has taken thousands from other consumers fraudulently also. A number of us are looking to take personal action against Gary Seward of Fleckney, Leicestershire under the rules of the companies act due to the criminal nature of this. Rang the day before I went and Quantam Cars of Leicester asked what time I will be there to few used car so I told them I arrive half HR after my time quoted to be asked to go for a quick cuppa in wigston car on way back from his mates he said it will be here in 20 mins Alarm bells ringing .Went bk 80 mins later a different bloke said oh yes one min I will ring him I got out fast and so happy that I did not helpful one bit. AVOID

Received 3500 from court today after a year long battle to get money back from Quantam Cars of Leicester. Husband bought van that the company failed to give to us and refused to give us money back. Lots of failed bank transfers, aggressive and patronising salesman. Also noticed how they seem to suggest people writing bad reviews have the wrong garage...I don't! Definitely this one. Avoid avoid avoid! Only given one star as can't give zero.

Purchased mercedes benz from Quantam Cars of Leicester and the problems started from the first day. The thermostat was faulty, all the front suspension needs to be rebuilt, lots of squeaking noises when driving. Oil and filters hadn't been changed for years. Fixing this car more than actually driving. This car never serviced in entire life. I don't know where they got it. Probably bought from some auction. Nothing but problems with it, I wasted my hard earned money. Seller won't fix it even though they give 3 month warranty. Also lied about service history, said it is available online. After I registered online I found out that there is no service history available. I wish I had read reviews before even going there.

I left my car at Quantam Cars of Leicester to be sold ( I purchased another car from this dealer and he offered to sell my old car). 7 months later it apparently has been sold but funny enough 6 weeks after the sale I'm still waiting for the money from the sale. They have all sorts of different excuses every week as of why there hasn't been a transfer to my account. James admitted damaging the bodywork at some point when he was moving the car around their yard. Car is still registered in my name and I have the logbook but taxed and insured by someone else. I will be doing my best to receive £12k that they owe me. I'm really surprised that they can actually afford to have their reputation damaged and risk doing stupid things like they did with me. I strongly advise everyone not to trust this dealer.

My husband bought a van from Quantam Cars of Leicester and it kept going wrong they fobbed is off so many times he had to pay to get it back there 2 times and then it would take days to fix then always go wrong again. They conned him to buy extended warranty and didn’t let him receive the email with the terms and conditions before he signed and found out later on that we would have to pay more than half if anything went wrong and not everything was covered. Please stay away from these cowboys. They are just after your money the vehicles they sell are faulty bought from auction and bodged. Stay away!!!!!

Having bought a car from Quantam Cars of Leicester for it to breakdown within 24 hours then to be messed around by them ending up with them keeping the car and our money we took them to court and won full refund and expenses. Should never have come to this. They totally untrustworthy. If you go there take a mechanic but I would advise never to go there.

Avoid Quantam Cars of Leicester at all costs. Gary has taken a £100 deposit, agreed to refund it as we didn’t want the van but that was over three weeks ago and despite promises to refund it, no money has come back to us. He’s now bribing us by saying he will only give us back a refund if we take our reviews down. I can evidence everything. I’ll see him in court. Avoid this company at all costs. Do not give them a penny.

Please never purchase any car from Quantam Cars of Leicester. I bought bmw car from the dealer on 29/09/2018. After deposited £3000 and promised to deliver the car on Monday but unfortunately not delivered for 3 weeks and I didn't get my money back. I threatening that I will take legal action against the company b4 they refunded my money. Please let everybody stay clear from the garage.
