terrible experience im still waiting my 100 pounds for the reservation of my car, they promised me the money 2 weeks ago, then last week too, and today nothing appeared in my bank account, and no one from quantum cars of leicester called me wait my visit in your office very very soon

I would recommend Quantam Cars of Leicester to anyone I live in hull and found a van on auto trader cam and picked it up, lovely friendly team help we swap all paperwork over and sort out tax, unfortunately two months after rang had to ring them up with a gearbox problem which no one could have foreseen, they sent a mechanic up to hull with a loaner car and picked my lovely caddy up to get sorted what more could you ask for. When it comes time to change our family car I’m looking here first.

they sold a car to my daughter and said the only thing wrong with it was a loose bracket on exhaust took it to garage to have it checked over and was told not to drive it as it was a death trap garage refuse to refund money and we're very aggressive

Paid for a car nearly month ago. After 3 days they call me saying it’s gone. Luckily I only paid £100 deposit. They sold the car without even letting me know for higher price. Try and avoid if you can. Ignored my phone calls.

bought a little c class merc a few weeks ago, the car was all valleted and ready to go as arranged, the boys help me tax the car online and i was good to go within an hour of arrival, i found them helpful, straightforward and reliable so on that note i have recomended this dealer to my friend and i would use them again

Purchased a car almost £5k had it for 3 weeks broke down called rac had to have new battery £158 called garage to see if they would cover the cost they didn’t want to know I asked for maybe half as goodwill gesture they said they would call back in 5 mins never got a call. Very poor after service not even had the car for 3 weeks

I was interested in purchasing a van from Quantum Cars of Leicester. Luckily I read quite a lot of negative reviews and did an HPI on the vehicle I was looking to buy only to find out it had finance owing on it which I was not told about. Please everyone HPI your vehcile before you buy so you do not get caught out.
