Fantastic service

I rang Alex saying i was interested in a car he had put up on Autotrader, he was able to offer me lots of information on the car which filled me with confidence, i booked a train ticket from London to Newport for the next day with which Alex kindly offered to pick me up from the station. From the moment i met him i could tell he was a very straight forward bloke. He made me feel at home at the shop and was able to provide an answer for every question and query i had. Himself and Martyn made everything very easy and smooth. Would happily make another trip to Cwmbran to deal with those two guys again. Fantastic customer service and a real pleasure to meet.

I knew from the instant I spoke to Alex that we would have no issues dealing with him. We travelled 100 miles to pick up the car and the transaction was first class, and the car superb, just as advertised. I would certainly do business again. A real gentleman.

We can only echo all the other reviews comments, we bought this superb Forester XT with 55k on the clock.in Aug 19 The underneath and engine bay were so clean you could only think it must have just rolled off the production line. The car nearly 2 years later has not missed a beat and still looks stunning. Russ is one of lifes gentlemen and a pleasure to know.

I waited 4 months for my cross sports, the last month because of the DVLA and COVID 19. Well worth the wait. Can’t recommend Russ and Quay Vehicle Solutions enough. Very helpful from the start, right through to collection. Nothing too much trouble, always ready to answer any question. The car is like new, friends can’t believe it’s 13 years old. I had been researching the various importers of JDM Subaru’s for some time and after speaking to them none were as impressive and friendly as Russ and Alex at Quay. Russ has incredible in depth knowledge about his cars and guided me in the best choice of his stock . I cannot recommend these guys highly enough . Their cars exceed their descriptions . Being old school I invested the time to drive down to Wales to see the car , it was even better than described and what I had been searching for for years . You can be 100% confident in this company . I would have no hesitation in buying from them again and would probably save myself the journey and just order over the phone my next car . Took delivery today of a Impreza wagon from Quay Vehicle Solutions that I dealt with over the phone with Russ and must say car is absolutely amazing condition, great communication even recommended transport company to ale car over to Ireland

really impressed with Russ and Alex at Quay Vehicle Solutions. moving away from a company car and fancied a Subaru forester xt. looked on autotrader and saw quay had quite a few. rang and spoke to russ who gave me loads of advice and in fact had just bought one in japan at auction. had pictures sent over which were impressive as pre prepared. paid deposit and in touch over the few months whilst it was shipped over. went to see it once it arrived and all good. very honest and trustworthy dealings with it being registered to me before i'd even paid for it. had some extra works done ie cam belts and undersealing before I collected/paid for it. will definitely be using again in the future.
