Anyone dealing over the phone with Quay Vehicle Solutions dont worry. I purchased a grade 4b subaru forester cross sports from russ over the phone as i had no time to get down there. Yes i took a leap of faith and was a little twitchy about it. I had a good vibe from russ who was very informative and gave me a great deal. I had the car delivered to my door and have been over the moon with it since. Its always wise to view i know but id just sold my car, needed one sharpish and like the title says...took a leap of faith and it paid off.

Mixed feelings. Overall pleasant to deal with and helpful with any requests. Agreed a purchase price and agreed a deal for a 2002 seat leon cupra with one sales person. As payment was being sorted the other salesman decided they were not happy accepting a credit card for the transaction even though we had previously agreed a deal including credit card payment, shook hands and signed all paper work. As you may very well do, i came to my own assumption and walked away. Although there has been alot of time wasted and i was very disappointed that they went back on their word and deal. I would not advise to avoid, just be weary and be sure to give the car a full inspection before agreeing to purchase.
