Never will I use this garage again. After they told me it would take a week to get the car ready, that was fine. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. For them to tell me the job that needs doing is a big job. So I asked 3 local merchanics if what was being done was a big job. No, 2 hours max. Not 2 weeks!!! I'm still waiting for the car and still none of the staff want to help. The service is shocking, 2 weeks to get a car ready is long enough! Now I'm just being fobbed off. I don't recomend anyone else to use this garage. I will be avoiding it in the future. I went to buy a £5000 car. I came out and in face had to pay £5,500. Avoid this garage. Biggest mistake I made buying a car from here!!!

Appallingly bad customer service. I'm still waiting for a callback after 5 days (having in the meantime prompted them three times and followed up with an email). The salesperson was arrogant and stroppy when I wouldn't provide my full details (for an enquiry) over the phone. They claim to not be outdone on price but then add £100 to the cost of the car to cover insurance claim checks and credit checks on the car - which can be done for £15 through RAC and AA. They are NOT interested in offering a service, just flogging cars.
