I bought a 56 plate Alfa Romeo from RC Woods in Hounslow, it started playing up on the way home, complete loss of power. I managed to limp home, the next morning it would not start. A local garage towed it away and checked it over and found the fuel delivery and emission systems were all faulty, even though it had been MOT'd the day before. The dealer tried to blame me for putting petrol in. Thank god I could prove with the receipt that I did use diesel. After numerous phone calls, e mails and threats of trading standards and court action they took it back BUT only refunded the cost of the car. This cost me a £180 garage bill plus a tank of diesel, time off work and a months road tax. I would not touch this lot with a very long barge pole!!

I bought a 15 plate car from RC Woods and had problems in the first week. It went back three times in three months before I finally asked for a full refund. The car was not safe to drive my children about in. They refused a refund and I will be taking legal action. Owner offered me £100 compensation and said “good luck” when I said I’d be taking them to court.
This dealer is one of the worst I found to deal with, staff are totally incompetent. After enquiring 3 times about a car on the chat service for information and basic info on a car, not one person got back to me. Suspicious that they would even hide the registration from there dealer site as well and then no one has the authority to give it out. A friend bought a car from here and has had nothing but problems and the warranty is being refused by the garage. I would look to buy a car from somewhere else, AVOID!

I have the same problem. I purchased a Honda CRV for export abroad. Discussed with the dealer on the phone. The car was cheap so expected to pay out some cash to make it good on arrival in Cyprus The car arrived 3 weeks ago and would not start due to low fuel pressure. So far it has had the following repairs 1. The injectors refurbished 2. A new fuel pump 3. New brake pads 4 new crank and LDC sensors 5. 4 new tyres 6. Full service 7. Full clutch assembly 8. 17inch Honda alloy with tyre (spare) and tyre change kit Total cost so far 2700 Pounds Car bodywork in good condition but did not expect to have to shell out the above On inspection 2 of the injectors had been put in the wrong position so someone had tried to fix the low fuel pressure fault. The car also arrived without a spare and tyre change kit which really got me My fault I did not see the car before purchasing so I have learned a lesson From the other reviews the dealer seems to be attentive but for exporting a vehicle it's a definite no no

I have recently, purchased a Toyota Urban Cruiser from R.C. Woods, From the very beginning of my purchase journey to the end Dan as well as other staff at R.C Woods have been very helpful, honest, knowledgeable and highly professional to advise on the vehicle and assist throughout the finance process.. not only.. I have received an extra mile service from them by delivering the vehicle to my address and assisting me in arranging the insurance and road tax. I have a great car for great price and have received great service!!! :) I WOULD GLADLY HAVE GIVEN 10 STARS SHOULD IT BE POSSIBLE!!!

I recently purchased a Kia Venga 3 from R C Woods and the service was exemplary. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They assisted with the financing and were very patient with my numerous calls! I am delighted with my car and would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership.
Staff are helpful and most problems were resolved, but I have had to return over ten times in three months to get problems sorted using up my works holiday, A collection/delivery service would be useful. Always polite, especially as I have probably been a bit of thorn as wanted things done that I believe should have been done before the vehicle was put up for sale. When I purchased the vehicle I was told that the price was fair, although there was quite a few paint scrapes on the car,I have since found better spec cars, lower mileage and better condition for the same money, my fault perhaps and should have shopped round more, If you do go there, make sure you research the car your after, and ask as many questions as possible, but then double check that information given if you can.

I recently bought a car from R.C Woods with an almost 1 year MOT. This was shown to me online as no certificate was available and within a matter of months was looking at considerable repair costs. These included, inner and outer tie rods (both sides), sway bar links (both sides), front shock absorbers (both sides), passenger side c.v joint and a frayed accelerator cable. I was also informed that the front drivers side ball joint had been packed with grease to quieten any knocking. All of these should been written as an advisory on the MOT but were not. To top all of this off, today the clutch stopped engaging the gears, fortunately not on a motorway. I am now in the process of scrapping the car.

Ref review left on your website. Mr Campbell purchased a 1998 Nissan Primera from us for £350 to use in comercial work with building / landscape gardening etc, the MOT supplied had been issued at an independent MOT centre not at R C Woods. The car left us in roadworthy condition and we have not heard from the customer since so we are a little disappointed by this review given the customer has not contacted us to discuss any issues. We always strive to provide the best customer service.
