I contacted Neil at RN Golden on a Monday afternoon about buying a new i20. Was able to reserve over the phone and collect on Saturday morning All admin done efficiently and nothing too much trouble. We were even given mats without asking!!

RN Golden are always helpful, quality work at a very reasonable price, the customer is made to feel welcome and valued.

Arranged a vehicle on contract hire through Goldens, collected from them and used them for 3 years for servicing. All good so far, except needing to take the vehicle back 3 times when the reversing camera kept breaking. End of contract and lease company collect but only Mon-Fri which isn't convenient when we work. They said they could collect from the dealer if I arranged that with the dealer. After speaking to a sales person at Goldens they said they would get back to me to see if they had any 'space' to keep it for collection. Not even overnight were they willing to take the car, issue with space and that they didn't want the responsibility if it was damaged while waiting to be collected. Pretty sure a lot of this attitude is down to the fact that we haven't got a replacement from them so we no longer deserve any 'customer service'. Annoying that we've been driving around for 3 years advertising RN Goldens with the stickers they put on before we collected but yet now it's nothing to do with them.
