Purchased a car from Rosewood Car Sales, within the first 2 months of having the car the clutch, flywheel and gearbox went and then after having the work done having the car for 3 months the starter motor went garage made no contribution towards the car and the warranty company they use are not much better as they only mad a very small contribution towards the repair.

Did you write to them claiming that the goods were not of reasonable quality pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015? If you contacted them within 6 months the fault would have been assumed to have been there at the point of sale...and it's for them to disprove that. I am very happy with my car from Rosewood Car Sales! I bight a Vauxhall Insignia in August. It was in lovely condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. it was clean and just as described and up to now I have had no issues at all. I would recommend this dealership.

Back in august I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira from Rosewood Car Sales. The dealers knowledge of the car wasn't great and I do feel that he was trying to get of of doing some work on the car that needed doing. However the car was clean and in good condition. I am currently experiencing some issues with the battery but I have don't contacted the dealership yet as I'm not sure if it's just the cold weather.

I purchased a Dodge from here back in July. I've had an issue with the car which unfortunately the warranty company wouldn't pay our for but the value for money was quite good and The dealers were quite helpful but based on the issues I wouldn't recommend them.

I purchased a Ford Focus from this dealership in July. The car was really clean and in good condition but I have had a couple of issues with the car including the timing belt and the power steering so while they were looking at they they did lend me a car which was good however there was also an issue with one of the valves which they said they couldn't do anything about which I think is unfair because the issue occurred within the first week. Although the salesman I was dealing with was helpful and tried his best to help and the garage have been good I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta from this dealership. They were helpful in the beginning but I have had issues with the exhaust and the brakes. Contacted them about it and all they could offer me is £20.

Rosewood Car Sales were sound, I was happy with the exchange and kept me updated from start to finish. There was a few problems with the car early days but Rosewood sorted it all out and paid for any repairs so I can't fault their after sales care at all. The service was good all round so for that reason I would recommend them.
