Having had a courteous call back from Waleed in response to my email request I could already tell I was dealing with a gentleman who knew customer service was paramount in his business. Thus it was to be the start of the best car buying experience in my life. This being my 16th car in 30 years I've had my fair share of dealing with, well... car dealers, so I feel I can speak from some experience. After making a deal over the phone the previous day on a part exchange CL65 for an E63 I made my way from Edinburgh to Slough arriving first thing on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by Rab the detailing guru who brought me a welcome cup of coffee. He led me to an immaculate, spotless showroom with a fantastic array of supercars on show, all superbly cleaned and detailed. At the forefront was the car I was here to buy and drive back to Scotland, again spotless inside and out. Such was the greeting and appearance of the premises I knew I didn't even have to test drive the car, already knowing that it was flawless. The business in hand took place upstairs in clean, slick and tastefully decorated modern offices. A warranty was included in the price and I had the option to extend which I did. They took care of all the paperwork including private plate transfer and I was there for no more than two hours. I'd gladly have stayed longer but there was the small issue of a new car and a 400 mile return trip to Edinburgh. As expected the car was flawless, having more spec than I expected and the trip home was uneventful, as much as it could be in an E63. I'd like to personally thank Waleed and his wife, not forgetting Rab, who made buying this E63 the most pleasant auto buying experience. Despite being so far from me I'd still definitely check out their stock should I wish to change cars again. I know I will be treated fairly and the product and buying experience will be second to none. Very grateful to R & W Motor Company for everything. Many thanks.

I would like to thank R&W and Waleed for there great service and selling me a great car! The car was as described on advert and was fully cleaned inside and out for me to view in there showroom. There is no pressure from Waleed when you view a car, he makes you feel very welcome and doesn’t push a sale one bit, I did not feel at any point he was pushing the sale, just let me look around car for as long as I wanted. I brought car and I am so happy with it!! But can you believe after owning car for two weeks it developed a problem, one of the throttle actuators went faulty(not a cheap fix on this car!) I rang Waleed very worried about getting something this expensive fixed, but within 5 mins all my worry went away, he said James don’t worry, said sorry and I will get this fixed ASAP for you! Car was collected and taken to garage, not only did he do the faulty throttle actuator he did the other one to be safe for me! Then returned car to my house! I can’t thank him enough, as we all worry when buying new cars. They are a top garage and the whole team are great, I WILL be buying my next car off them. Massive thanks to Waleed again!!

Travelled to Iver Heath from Scotland to see what R&W ( Waleed ) had to offer, as I was interested in a 911 Aero Cup Trading my pride and joy. 1st of all we were collected at Heathrow Airport by one of his colleague's and driven to his fab show room where there were many outstanding super cars available. We were given as much time as we wanted to look round at the selection of cars available with no pressure to buy, A deal was negotiated and I was very happy with my new purchase and Waleed arranged delivery at a very reasonable cost between us ( collection & delivery ) I have to say this was the best buying experience ive ever had when purchasing a car. After sales to rectify a minor issue were without any doubt the best R&W Waleed had no hesitation to cover costs.
