I purchased a vehicle from this garage, part exchanged my current vehicle - finance outstanding which of course they stated they would pay. They didn’t! I had to chase for 6 weeks. Constant calls, manager ‘not in today’. They were rude & aggressive. My legal representative called & was met with foul language. After 7 weeks & many letters both to the garage & the owners home address I finally received money’s owned. My advice - simply avoid!

i part exchanged my vehicle with this bunch of cowboys back in February 2021 they haven't informed the DVLA of change of ownership as promised i have been receiving letter after letter now i have a £100 fine when i call they don't give a shit and Richard no longer takes my calls stay away from this dealer

Phoned to ask to view a car and they said it would be ready when we arrived. An hour later car was not ready. Waited another hour. In that time we raised some issues on the MOT advisory and were fobbed off. Told we didn't have a clue what we were talking about (we're very experienced at buying second hand cars really do). Car finally ready - with engine management light on! We gave up and went home. Tried to fob us off with it being normal and it wouldn't affect a test drive. It wasn't and it would. Really glad we went with gut feelings and walked away. Finally bought much better car from a small dealer in Cardiff who treated us like human beings and couldn't have been more helpful, even picking us up from the station to collect the car.

I bought a gorgeous Discovery Sport from these guys. Great communication throughout. Amazing service. Please don’t be put off by the bad reviews. They mainly seem to pertain to loss of deposit but when you pay a deposit for anything it it a clear commitment to buy. Look closer and you will see that the cars themselves have almost no complaints! I have been delighted with the whole process and would recommend them to anyone. Well done and Thank You x

Vile company . Sold me a car that wasn't fit for purpose. Within 24 hrs took it back .. kept telling me its a airbag fault .took it back next day ..gave me a courtesy boy racer car that seen better days .4 days went by no contact .asked what was wrong with car, they couldn't tell me. So I asked for my money , Richard the owner agreed , as they had not looked at the car .. .Richard never answers email or phone calls , he gets Clive to answer for him, you just get nowhere . Fast forward nearly 4 weeks with a solicitor and the threat of the free press he finally paid it back . Avoid !!!! Trading standards and watch dog have been informed !!!

Lies upon lies. I paid deposit for a car and 3 weeks later the car still wasn't ready. Now I give up and want a car from somewhere else and they won't fine me my deposit back. I will be starting legal action.

We wasn't sure about this dealer because/awful reviews but so far so good Clive very helpful opened up for private viewing on Bank Holiday after we explained hubby was key driver and couldnt visit during normal hours - on arrival we were able to look over the car at our own paise without harassment we actually saw a different more expensive car & Clive pulled the x2 cars out next to each other and answered our questions leaving us again to look over and compare the 2 cars without any pressure (totaly different to the bad reviews left on here and some for clive) that is not true going by our own experience. We have chose the more expensive car and there were a few little things we have asked Clive to do and have been reassured they will be done one of them at later stage as Clive explained the reason for this and we are happy to wait. I also asked about the bad reviews which they have no power what some people write. I will write a second review of the customer service on collection and will be as honest as this review. Hopefully the excellent service we have received so far will continue 👌

If I could give this garage 0 stars I would. They are untrustworthy, unscrupulous and morally bankrupt. Please avoid at all cost. All very helpful to start with, just don't question them or change your mind if the unexpected happens. They will steal your money and not even bother to respond. There are lots of genuine dealers out there. Use them!
