Steve and the guys are really decent. He got the car sorted for me really quick, made sure I was confident driving and fixed any little mishaps, even makes a bloody good cuppa! He’s a decent and honest bloke. Won’t mess you around.

I was pursudaed to reserve a car I saw . Though I had a my reservations about reserving ahead of approval ,one of the guys there called Steve told me to reserve and my deposit will be refunded if I get refuse of financing . Upon refusal I called and his colleague said they will issue refund , yet I didn’t get it back. They try to convince me to try again with another dealer etc just to buy more time to keep my deposit . As a business I think it’s very awful to do business this way . Convince people to pay deposit with a guarantee of refund and then do otherwise. They don’t stick to their words. They can keep the money but I am very disappointed and not in a chance will I ever purchase a thing from them. Wish them luck with selling their cars

From start to finish Chris was amazing. Keeping me updated regularly regarding mot to pick up of the vehicle. Chris even picked me up from the train station which was a nice and welcome touch. I traveled from quite some distance and every consideration i mentioned was dealt with in a professional a proper manner. Thanks again Chris for a pleasant buying experience.

Visited Chris and Steve on Saturday. Found the convertible of my dreams. Was personally delivered last night by Chris. Sparkling clean. All servicing done and a few other things I wanted sorted. Steve done all the little jobs I wanted. Great. Helpful and knowledgeable guy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car. The service I received was way beyond expectations. I didn't set out to buy a car from Radlett cars, I went to view a rare one travelling 3 hours south from Manchester but it turned out to be no go (engine gasket leaking). I found a similar slightly newer car for sale at Radlett cars so travelled further down to see it. I met Chris there and he couldn't of been more helpful even traveling to wbac to pick me up after I traded in my car following the purchase. I noticed that he had quite a few unique cars there all in geat condition but I'm really chuffed with the car I went for. Chris was knowlegable and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Radlett cars again!

Brought my Citroën Ds3 from Steve, great little car and it had a couple of issues which Steve got sorted straight away. I would recommend Radlett cars if your looking for a car.

Bought a 2nd car from Radlett cars after a positive 1st experience. Upgraded both mine and my wife’s within a few months and was helped through every step by both Steve and Chris, who always seemed to be on hand to answer any questions I had. Sorted out a couple of very minor issues before I took the cars and both have been great since. Nice guys, seem very knowledgeable and happy to help … overall a great service and pleasant experience. Would recommend.
