Make sure it is Radlett Cars (ask for Steve) you're dealing with and imho not Chris! Steve is the owner of Radlett Cars, where as Chris is the owner of CB Car Sales and operates out of Radlett Cars premises. Steve is a good honest bloke who tells it as it is, no bull. Chris unfortunately comes under the other side of the used car sales coin, doesn't really tell it as it is and does contain bull! Also, quite like a like a modern jet fighter missile system, fire and forget. Now my total experience and problems are far to long to include here and my aim is not to completely diss Chris, he does have some good qualities, but to make you as a customer know who you're dealing with as it may not be apparent to you at the beginning of your purchase. Buying a new to you car should be exciting and something to look forward, unfortunately for me, it wasn't! This is only my opinion, based on my experience, at the end of the day you will have to make your own minds up, but don't be afraid to ask lots of question, test everything you can on the car, (heater, air-con, lights, windows, seats, locking) everything you can think of, if there's a switch, TRY IT!!! Last of all, ask to look at the service record and log book, take as much time as you need, don't be put off by " iv'e got another appointment in five minutes" bull! It's your hard earned cash you're spending!

I bought a Dodge Caliber back in June. I have had some issues and the dealer has agreed to have a look at the car if I take it back to him, however one of the issues needs to be sorted before I drive it anywhere to avoid making it worse so I will have to sort this first. Over all I think the dealer has been okay and would recommend.
